I did what needed to be done, but your child @Sea Brave is not responding, maybe he has some mental problems, this is where the error of the email comes from.

OP has confirmed via PM he's received the replacement.

I will chalk this one up to a mistake given that OP has provided the wrong email technically & it was resolved/replaced after realizing the error. However, please advise this is a stern warning as well given that you could've done more with the additional information provided. Further reports of this manner may result in actual punishment.
