I used overgear for an achievement boost that takes max 30 days due to time gated quests. After 2 months of excuses from the pro (sick, busy, school etc) i finally contacted them to change my pro. After changing my password I logged in and about 2m gold was gone. Overgear opened an investigation and asked for records. Blizzard gave me the ip address records. It shows the pro logging into each one of my toons minutes after I asked for my pro to be changed. Which he supplied a screenshot of no gold at the minutes after logging into all of my toons.

Overgear has ruled no wrong doing, no evidence and taking their pro’s word for it. Refusing to explain why he would log into each one of my toons and then take a screenshot of missing gold. Their quality control team refuses to answer any questions I made and their custom service team says it doesn’t prove anything. Oh and I got a partial refund because he spent 2 months farming anima. I have screenshots of the conversation including the pro claiming because he’s a Christian he would never steal.
