Explanation of the trade:

Back some odd months ago I purchased LIFETIME, I repeat LIFETIME revs WITH my PARTNER @llcobrall IN WHICH Kale WAS FULLY AWARE WE WERE PARNTERS.
Long before this bogus TOS Kales going to say voids my claim.

The price at the time was $600 for THREE Hard Ware IDs and UNLIMITED INSTANCES, was going fine for a month until their customer base picked up, TOS AFTER the first purchase were changed and Kale thought "Oh we should charge more than $600" so in retrospect of that then told me I HAVE to pay $600 more to keep my THREE HWIDs if not I'd be removed down to ONE. That in its own is not a LIFETIME product if you come back a month later and charge a customer more in order for them to keep what's already been bought.

Me being in a tight spot at the time obliged as to not lose my main source of income at the time I paid the extra $600. Fast forward to todays date 7/17/2024 and the report being filed against @cookdw__ by @Leowurf some words were exchanged amongst Cook and I in which I said "Your associates"
Well... Here's associate number one. Mr. Kale himself.

Long and behold I'm BANNED.... let me reiterate BANNED, from their RuneBot server where again I have a $1,200 LIFETIME revs of 3 HWIDS and UNLIMITED instances. Kale now expects me to receive updates/channel all questions thru DM's via discord in order to operate my LIFETIME purchase.

This is in no way ideal as we do not get along for more than obvious reasons at this point, I told him refund me the $1,200 he refused. So here we are, report number TWO of the day against a RUNEBOT ASSOCIATE.

This report is LONG over due on the CORRUPT ways Kale operates his business and coerces with his shady staff. If I recall this isn't the firs time he's been in the hot seat.

I made up this little "contract" the last time he forced my hand in paying $600 more to keep the LIFETIME i already PAID for. This is some grade A Tyranny shit.

In response to the shit you're spewing.

#1 - Yes, you have been banned from RuneBot, not by me, and not with my acknowledgement or agreeance. But,
your product is still active, and like you said, your PARTNER, is still in the discord, and can provide you updates when needed. If he doesnt want to do so, I am happy to provide you the updates as they come. I will reiterate, YOUR partner, who is actually the one who paid for the damn product, is still in the discord, and can provide you updates. I mean just judging by the post you made here, I think everyone sees that you probably are the best fit to be in the community anyways.

#2 - Our first agreement, per TERMS OF SERVICE, stated you got 1 HWID for $600, because you were one of the first beta testers for the plugin, we gave you guys 3. You also told us that you guys were doing these ''farms'' together and not compeletely seperate, which is why you ended up buying a 4th hwid, so you could each have 2. This is why we charged you extra as you oublicly and openly broke the arrangement that we had.

#3 - No clue why cook or the leowurf guys are even being mentioned in here, as they have no part in runebot, @cookdw__ is an admin (a moderator that helps with support and making sure no bs going on in the chat channels) and I dont even know who leowurf is. So I think bringing other peoples name into this post is complete shit and very not necessary and has nothing to do with this report.

 

In reply to number 1: Pete and I are NO LONGER sharing accounts, dedicated servers, HWIDs or any thing else so when I use the term partner take it as when we FIRST started. I'm glad to no longer be apart of a community with such poor infrastructure and customer care. This is a blessing in disguise.

In reply to number 2: Pete indeed paid for the first, I however paid for the second. At no point was it me "Buying a 4th" it was me having to pay you to keep the 3 I'd ALREADY paid for.

In reply to number 3: It is brought into this because I was banned by Dan for my comments about the report filed against cook you can see clearly in the screenshot you kindly provided showing my ban it states verbatim what I said in a the other report "Your associates":

Constant updates of the launcher, Revisions of the script itself, their bots are ALWAYS breaking you get at least 10 notifications a day in there of updates.

And I couldn't tell you I've not used it in at least a month now seeing that its profiled and constant bans (not a Kale thing) just revs.

Regardless of that I do not want anything to do with someones coding on my PC after a situation like this.

At the VERY least I'm owed a refund of $600 for basically being forced, into paying him AGAIN, AFTER already paying for LIFETIME.

 

Right, so no comment about the fact I was forced to pay up another $600 AFTER buying LIFETIME?

 

I can provide the Venmo transaction 90% of this took place in a ticket in Kales server in which I was not sent a transcript of.

 

also, our api/updates are open source and free to the public here -> Release 0.1.39 · Runebotium/RunebotClientAPI

so you can get your updates yourself without needing access to the server.

Sorry believe i paid in LTC on this one actually, was some odd months ago and transcripts arent sent to customers upon closed tickets, Kale should be able to provide the proof of payment via transcripts no issue.

 

done and like he said, we also did agree to terms on sythe, none of my terms and conditiosn are that he is to remain in the discord server, our api is open sourced on the github you can go there whenever packet utils is out of date, and download the newest version. He decided to go bad mouth us, not the other way around, we havent seen eye to eye or got along in a while. I havent ever acted on it. There was no reason to, but if he's going to go around spreading false allegations and such about us, then what are we to do? We havent, and will not revoke any access, and our api is open sourced, meaning you will always be able to get updates. With or without being in the discord.

 

Cool, doesn’t resolve the forcing my hand into paying you more solely for the fact you said I had too AFTER LIFETIME was ALREADY paid for THREE HWID unlimited instances, THAT $600 should be paid back.

 

if that were a concern of yours months ago, why is it just now come to light? because you're upset you got banned. that initial $600 was for 1 hwid, as stated in all the TOS i've ever had. I allowed 3 hwids when I started but was never set in stone. Which is why TOS when you open a ticket clearly has always stated 1 hwid.

 

Either way you sold me 3hwids unlimited lifetime and the only reason this wasn’t brought up months ago was again because this was my main source of income for a few months and quite literally couldn’t afford to jeopardize it so I laid down for you and paid up.

Again, if you were disputing that, you should have done it at the time it came up, instead, now you're angry that you've been banned from the server, and you're lashing out. If you didnt want to pay the extra $600 or felt it was unfair or whatever the case may be, you should have brought that up with Sythe and their team then, not now. We arent having a dispute over the extra $600, you're saying that I scammed you for $1200 for a product you still have full access to, and updates are done via github, so they are publicly available to you there as well. You have no "need" to be in the discord. you're product key remains the same, and will remain the same, and the updates are publicly available to everyone on the github. As they always have been.
