Could you please clarify why this is prohibited?

Our staff are available throughout the day, handling a volume of orders and enquiries.

One of the reasons we upgraded to a higher donor rate was to access autobumping privileges.

I'm unsure of the objective behind this report.

If you examine a large number of profiles on Sythe utilising autobumpers and visit their servers, you'll likely find multiple instances of delayed responses.

If there are any procedural adjustments needed, can Sythe staff kindly inform me

 

Additionally, I have noticed that the user/profile who has raised this thread has also done the same to a number of other servers.

To Sythe staff, I am unsure on this users intentions but the fact they have raised 8 threads with the same report is a concern

Servers and staff try to be available 24/7 but of course at times, there might be delays that are unexpected as we have lives outside of the world of discord but we try our best to avoid delays if possible

 

I'd like to bring up another point that I believe needs attention.

Regardless of whether this report violates any rules (as the rules do not specify a timeframe for responding to or completing a sale), it's important to highlight that this user has filed 8 reports making the same accusation against 8 direct competitors in the same market segment.

Here are a few things for Sythe to consider when reviewing this report:

1. Isn't it quite coincidental that all 8 reports pertain to the same market area (membership), especially given their claim to offer the "best price in the market" for memberships?

2. Why would one of the owners of that server open tickets to purchase codes from direct competitors when they advertise having over 1k in stock?

Having had a sleep, I would like to make a further comment.

Why did one of their owners join competitors' servers and open tickets to buy membership codes, when their server advertises having over 1,000 in stock? If they purchased from any of the reported servers, they would incur a loss by reselling those codes at their advertised prices.

I believe Sythe staff should thoroughly review this entire situation, including the other reports. It appears this server may be attempting to maliciously target direct competitors to gain an unfair advantage in the market.

There have been instances in the past where direct competitors report one another, resulting in market manipulation, which is against Sythe's rules.

As I mentioned in a previous comment, if I have broken a rule—regardless of whether the rule is clear or ambiguous—I accept that. However, what this user is doing, whether independently or on behalf of their server, is problematic. Whether malicious or not, the outcome is the same: competitors' threads are locked while theirs continue to bump, giving them an unfair advantage. This appears to be a deliberate attempt at market manipulation, as seen by myself and several other server owners.
