A couple of tips to keep your computer safe.

Well I'm just going to post a couple of tips to remind some people what they could be getting into.

1.) Forum Keylogger Posts. If someone has posted the same topic in almost every section of a forum. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. Their main goal is to get you to download their keylogger/virus.

2.) Keep other passwords. If you go on multiple websites/games ALWAYS USE A DIFFERENT PASSWORD/USERNAME

3.) Always SCAN! Well this one basically explains itself. If you're going to download something SCAN IT! You can find a lot of scanning programs from websites. Look at tip 4 if you don't have a good anti virus/scanner

4.) ONLY DOWNLOAD INSTALLATION PROGRAMS FROM OFFICIAL WEBSITES. I.E. do not download something like hamachi from. www.thebestnonscammingdownloadwebsiteever.com <Don't click on that because I made it up lol.

5.) Maybe not Pc related. Always use a middleman with trades or make sure the member is TRUSTED.

- When downloading porn or movies, make sure it's a .mpg, .divx, .mp4, .wmv, .avi.. all the movie formats. Don't download porn or movies that end in .exe, since .exe is usually a program/virus. Movies never come in .exe anyways.

 

This is useful now considering that person who is spamming every section with a keylogging site.

 

Wrong section and this guide is highly inferior in comparison to alike guides.
