Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: One of our suppliers had missed his payment for five days, the workers had forgotten to alert me about the missed payment, I will do the very best I can to make sure all payments are sent out instantly, however mistakes can happen

Anything else you wish to say: Apparently the dispute was on a phone IP and I am meant to make this post from a phone IP, but I have only ever been on sythe from this one pc, so I am not sure where exactly the appeal should be made from then, because I don't login from anywhere else. The last time I logged into sythe from my phone was over a year ago
