Another day another Jim scam

As people may know, Jim isn't the kindest fellow and tends to power trip over being a discord mod in the botting community. Recently he had parted ways with Hydratech, the client I have used and have made friends in. Mr jim and I had a few mutual discord servers, and the other day he was chatting shit about Hydra for no reason.




With no reason to chat shit about hydra, this is what I said which is public common knowledge he is banned here for trying to dox.




This is what I posted in the mutual discord which lead to him kicking me from sapos server where I hurt his feelings



After removing me from sapos discord and messaging me that I was spreading "fake drama" I indeed sent him a picture of my balls and told him to get T bagged irl.




After blessing him with a picture of my two golden globes, he had me removed from storm client where I just bought $100 of credits, and placed me on OBB with a screen shot of my balls (yikes). Id prefer not to call my bank and charge back with storm as obviously they did nothing wrong and they're all good people, they cant be held responsible for a man child with mod powers. Also didn't violate any rules in any of the discords besides hurting Jims feelings in the DMs.

You're not even banned from using Storm, you're banned from the discord for sending a picture of your ball sack to a staff member. Your access to the Client != the access to the client which you should know by "spreading public knowledge" of a report that has an outcome effectively the same as this situation here.

You're not being unbanned from discord, and as far as I'm aware Sythe has no jurisdiction of how we moderate our discords. Your access remains the same, and you should maybe reconsider how much of a temper tantrum you throw online justified or not before you accidentally send a picture of your ball sack to someone underage breaking many laws in the process.

Stay banned kid.

 

I don't think you can "accidentally" send a picture of your balls to a discord mod, who is not underage either the guys like 40. I did it 100% on purpose in a PRIVATE direct message setting where you can see he refers to me as an "idiot retard", and then messages me and removes me from the discords in picture 3 down. He is the one who screen shotted then proceeds to post every where, which is actually more illegal on his end to do lol, and falls under revenge porn laws, so I'm not sure posting my balls in multiple discords when he wasn't allowed to is the best look for dude.









The only rule that appears I could have broken is appropriate content/respectful behavior, where I have had 0 issues with anyone in storm or in a public setting, and Jim is constantly known to have anger/little man syndrome and is even banned from here for doxing, so clearly he is known to have issues, where he has been kicked off staff or de-modded multiple times.

I've 0 issue holding the ban and what I did is childish no doubt, I wouldn't consider it a tempter tantrum though. Just another day of Jim sitting in his swirly chair abusing discord power feeling important about a 20 year old java game, so I felt the need to dunk on him. You're initial claims were "chatting shit about hydra for no reason" which is a bit odd given the picture is that of a reply to a message about Storm. I'd consider talking shit and getting hit a valid reason, so I'm not sure where this "no reason" is coming from.

Then, completely unprovoked, you opted to start drama about a past Sythe ban in a discord where literally no one is talking about Sythe or discord bans. That is the definition of starting drama, being the reason this whole show started.

Stop crying wolf about a situation you started yourself, and ending by sending someone a picture of your actual ball sack.

Like come on man, your ball sack. Do you understand how insane that sounds? You got so upset for starting drama that you took your phone out, took a picture of your ball sack and sent it to "a power tripping mod". There are far more worrying things at hand than "a power tripping mod" if your go to response is a picture of your ball sack.

I really did not think I'd ever have to go through this experience, let alone having to go through the messages and actually see the proof that is a picture of your ball sack.

Under the termination clause of our TOS, we reserve the right to also ban your client access where we deem appropriate. Given that we can safely say you've broken the "Respectful behavior" and "Appropriate Content" content of our clauses, you're lucky its just a discord ban.

Keep your client access, and please for the love of all things holy, never send a picture of your ball sack to anyone again. Holy shit

 

Sorry he kicked me from the server and I couldn't get a better screen shot. Jim was a mod in hydra with all plug ins, now he is not. Storm hasn't gotten hit with a 3PC client ban, Hydra did which is why he is talking shit because he parted ways. I'm not sure how you don't see the correlation between Jim talking shit first, then being a big baby and resorting to abusing his power and kicking because he doesn't know how to act like an adult, which literally proves my point he loses his tempter and tries to dox people. What did he do here? Lost his tempter and kicked me over TWO sentences that are public knowledge and true lol.


Uhh it really doesn't sound THAT insane in the grand scheme of things. I woke up still drunk and said fuck it jim wants to play stupid games lets have him win stupid prizes let it rip. I'm 30 years old and could care less if people see my balls. The guy sits in front of a computer screen for 19 hours a day getting high on dopamine when he is able to hit the kick button. Sadly for him(and you+others that had to see), he took the messages OUT of a private setting and posted it in public. I do not disagree with the breaking respectful behavior and appropriate content, sadly didn't know Jim was back on storm staff and thought he was just an angry pleb again so is what it is.

yeah I just checked i have my $100 credit back on storm but cant join the discord, so no problems.
