then went ahead and ghosted.

according to agreement, mm fee is to be paid by buyer, our fee is 5% of transaction value, which has been confirmed.


normally, assuming the trade didn't take place i would NOT complain and let things happen, account trades go bust more often than not.

however, since he specifically had us move accounts around and check etc, i'm insisting on payment.

 

There's not enough here to consider this valid. Quick points below:

- This isn't an actual full trade to completion, user was still continuing on discussing final terms in the chat logs you've provided (shown with his request for warranty discussion). There's not enough in the context of his "confirm" message as well to support beyond him just confirming these were accounts he was looking for/interested in.
- A middleman is utilized to see an entire trade/transaction until the end & both parties confirm they've received what's agreed. This was not the case here.
- I'd also argue that in your MM thread itself it states the first 30 minutes are free & changing over emails (to which the majority of time on this would be on the seller's side to log in/request email change x the multiple accounts)/misc chat does not appear to equate to beyond 30+ minutes on this
- There also does not appear to be a set agreement/all parties accepting your terms in the chat logs provided

Apologies this may not be the response you'd like & sorry you got stuck in the middle of this and time wasted, but again this is not enough to consider valid debt/owed. In the future you can certainly add in some terms of service (& ensure users agree to it) regarding your time & if individuals back-out for any $ owed, within reason, and this can be reviewed.
