Explanation of the trade: I was buying an account from them, I was unaware that the account was a jagex launcher account. Once I was aware I asked for RF. Their TOS States that I can get 90% refund within 24 hours.
How they scammed: Implemented a new TOS system and edited one when he realized I was eligible for a refund.

Of course I'm being a tiny bit petty over a refund of $32 but I'm doing this because I know this guy is very obviously going to be a future scam quitter. The way he conducts business is very scammy and unprofessional even if he refunds me he should be banned.

 

Very sneaky move this user has done here.

First of all the customer had made a purchase of us for a account valued for sale $180 which he has sent the payment.
We then delivered the account and was waiting for his code since it is a Jagex account (Buyer never asked if its legacy or jagex account).
He asked for a refund and we said that we don't offer refunds on accounts in anyway after payment is made. (I allowed this buyer a 1 time off to refund him at least $130 out of $180) which he accepted and i have full proof of him in ticket accepting this for our own safety for these kind of sneaky reports after we offered him $130 refund.

Concerning now the TOS he mentioned above about the 90% that is only for the Services we offer.
Account sales has a different TOS in our discord which he then saw and didn't realize it.

If mod needs any other proof or extra information of us feel free to ask but the way i see everything is that i have full refunded him the offer we made him and he accepted it.

Customer did not ask for any information about the account, he just went all in to instantly buy it. We offer accounts through discord and its up to the customer before payments to ask ANYTHING they want concerning what they are buying. We did not advertise anything false there OR state legacy or jagex account as its the customers job to ask all the necessary information to know about what they are buying.. He said he "assumed" it was legacy.. If you assume everything in life you ain't going to go too far.

 

Just want to add that I only accepted the refund because I was getting scammy vibes from him and I just wanted to recoup at least some of my money back. Obviously I do not agree with what he did and only accepted it to see my money again.

 

We were even kind enough to sell the account him for only $180 from the tagged posted price at $235. Big disrespect and very sneaky move he has done after confirming to receive the X amount we made a deal and he accepts that TOS of us.

The customer right here just said in brief words that he accepted the money back in return to scam the TOS which was confirm and accepted and then make a report. I have nothing else to say about all this and waste my time on this person. We have so much vouches in discord and on sythe and you are here talking about scam vibes. I will let this slip and refund just to keep the kid happy but i don't see how this works in this manner. There is no rule what is suppose to be mentioned through our discord other than the main features of an account which is account stats + bank + quests etc.. Any further information should be asked by the customer as we have stated the following

I think he means the full $50 because you never disclosed all the account information.

 

No remaining refund will be provided until @Yoshiki confirms since the report is about the $32 remaining since out TOS is 90% refund as you figured out yourself.
