    Is there a way to log into two jagex accounts at the same time on the same computer because as it is

    If they're imported underneath the same e-mail, you should then be able to, yes.

    I don't think so, unless you can run one of the launchers in some sort of local isolation program like Sandboxie? Using a VM would work, VirtualBox definitely needs some tweak for Win11 to run well though. But if you're just trading stuff, a low framerate doesnt matter much.
