TheGlacier.com - using our brand

bit of a weird one here, but felt it's appropriate to post.

@TheGlacier.com has been making and selling accounts using our email extension, @primalrs.com without our knowledge.
Considering we are a known brand at this point, he is putting our good name at a risk by pretending the accounts came from us.

Personally, I'd like an extensive list of accounts sold and a clear note that there's no association between those accounts and us.
It's only a matter of time before his customers are going to attempt to resolve issues trough us.

As you are saying I am selling your accounts using your brand name but I have not sold anyone yet and the first offer I gave you was to buy tutorial accounts from me because they are your brand name.

This account was created over 1 year ago, according to the email I received from jagex when it was made.
Up until 5 days ago, I haven't seen your name anywhere.

Your story doesn't line up at all.

 

Why would I do that and sell an account in your brand name? I have already told you that I was going to sell you by creating tutorial accounts, but at that time you stopped buying and now I know that all these accounts are registered so why would I spoil my customers and why would I build and sell accounts when this mail is not secure for me?

Looked into that account.
You had made a couple of builds for us in the past, however the current logins had not been approved.

Just randomly making accounts for people, using the branded emails and then "forcing" them onto us is an interesting business concept.
