Explanation of the trade: Sold him 4b for .185, coming down to 740$, offered him my LTC/USDT/ETH wallet, he paid with USDT TRC20, he sent 739.8 usdt/739.8$.
How they scammed:I told him to send the remaining 0.2$, as a principle question; undersending on LTC/ETH/BTC could occur due to changes of prices in volitile moments, how-ever with USDT? at an amount of 739.8$, having sent out 739.8 usdt aswell?

I confronted this seller.

He chose himself to send trc20 and admitted he had paid a 1$ fee, this reffers to binance for me.
Binance lets you fill in the amount yourself meaning he done the following

*CALCULATED 740$ AND THEN REMOVED 0.20$ AS NOBODY WILL COMPLAIN FOR 0.20$
