Which violation you are reporting the user for: Market manipulation
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: When searching around to purchase AHK it seems like Anamules420 is a developer in Sire's discord selling the same product on both Sythe threads. I could be wrong and a simple screenshot of their agreement could clear this up

 

Hello yoshiki apologies for the mistake that I have made. As of yesterday even before this post was made I have ceased any business with battlebuddy aio.

No buddy this is obviously a disgruntled competitor that's upset PurpScripts is successful. No scams have happened no price gouging has happened, I cant even find market manipulation in your TOS. Not sure why you are wasting our time on this matter. I have not manipulated or taken advantage of any customer. If we are guilty of anything its hustling business don't think that's against your rules, if you go look at the vouches next time you slide into the discord server and check our scythe vouches you will see no negative reviews or disgruntled customers. Unless you have proof our pricing is different, that we have gouged customers, lied, stolen, or been deceptive in our business dealings or that any violations have taken place what you can do is promptly close this as its a waste of time. Furthermore this alleged victim is claiming we sell the same products in our discord, I don't even sell products in my discord I sell on my website also any tickets that did come into sire emporium they were directed to my discord for business, no one tried to hide anything from anyone I don't see any rules in your TOS about having partners or hustling business. Would like this promptly closed as it gives my business a bad name and we don't scam anyone ever never gonna happen would appreciate it if you'd stop entertaining this nefarious way for competitor's to cause problems for other competitors.

   • Furthermore, no Battle Buddy products were distributed via Sire Emporium Discord server. Our customer transcripts confirm this fact.
3. Market Manipulation Allegation:
   • The report alleges “market manipulation,” which is distinct from duplicate thread post violations. However, this violation is not explicitly listed in Sythe forum rules or your Terms of Service.
   • I urge you to consider the lack of clarity regarding this specific violation. Without clear guidelines, it becomes challenging for users to navigate the rules effectively.

   • I have attached files below that demonstrate Battle Buddy was not listed for sale in Sire Emporium. Additionally, the identity of the disgruntled competitor is evident.
   • This individual has been an ongoing issue, and we nearly banned them from our server a few months ago. Their report appears retaliatory due to competition.

I kindly request that you thoroughly review the evidence and reconsider the claim. Removing this false allegation will allow us to focus on providing quality services to the community.
