Explanation of the trade: I bought an account through their web shop , on the sythe thread it says unregistered emails (see imgur ) , I thought he meant that I could make the exact same mail on www.outlook.com but that is not the case he writed on his sythe thread (unregistered emails ) so I bought it . The registration was successful on runescape.com. only making the own mail didn't work, so I made a ticket to get a solution or refund he says feel free to report ok gl . really unprofessional, if he did writed unregitered email on runescape.com it was ok . but he didn't explain on the post thats that not working on www.outlook.com, I bought it with the intention that the account login was free on www.outlook.com

Completely irrelevant, I sell my accounts with an unregistered email and you're stating that the same username is already made on outlook. It's blatantly obvious that unregistered email means unregistered email on the account and not referring to the mail on the website "www.outlook.com". It's a prevalent statement that many other sellers state.
