Which violation you are reporting the user for: Both have same GIm spreadsheet, so they either haave the same shop, which violates bump rules, are outsourcing, or are sharing workers which I'm sure is against rules.

Rusty is working in both their discords.
Same stock and prices in their spreadsheets which is either a huge coincidence, or shops are linked, whilst having more than 1 thread in the selling items page.

This was reported back in July (I believe). Rusty is the outsource for the GIM shop for both. Since he doesn't bump and is not active on Sythe, it was determined that this is ok. I will try to find this old report.
