Invalid

Yesterday morning I contacted Ross services about having a fire cape done for an account, we agreed on a price, a worker to do it. So I sent payment and the details to the worker, (I work night shift so I went to sleep) I woke up roughly 9m to get ready for work. I seen that he messaged and said the work was done. I contacted my brother (it’s his account) to check and see. He tried logging into the account with no success. I questioned that he was entering the details wrong. It was telling him that the email doesn’t exist. I immediately jump into rosses discord server and go to the ticket I made for the service and begin ask what the hell is going on. I only had a few minutes before I had to leave for work so I waited til this morning to have a talk with all of them together. I have all the screenshots of trying to log into the account, screenshots of the email jagex sent saying that the account was linked to another email/login. I didn’t want to come to this being it’s a 15$ service on a basic account didn’t want to fight his reputation or make his company look bad as a whole. Ross has personally done work on my account with no issue and wanted to resolve it outside of this but here we are.
