Hi, i bought a code from Dovis on the 19th of February, first time, payed trough SEPA, i was waiting for my membership to run out to use the code, what was my surprise when i went to use it yesterday and it said - Your code hasn't been recognized try again, i opened a new ticket with him and went on to complain, after so many messages sent and asking for a refund since he still must have his fake code in the "log" and i have the payment proof, i even sent him a print of me trying to activate the code he had given me.
After so much so much all he could say was and the only response i got was "Hey bro i sell working codes". I have sent some more messages complaining and even saying i was starting a report on sythe but no answer. I can't provide the original ticket messages since it closed and i didn't save any thinking i was getting a legit code, but i have the current ticket receipts, messages of me complaining and explaining everything with proof and i got the payment proof too. I didn't post the SEPA payment proof since it's sensitive information but if a admin or a moderator requests it i am more then happy to provide it.
First fake code bought in the Sythe community and i have bought many.

@Pikachu and @necrox^ I am very sorry for such long response time. I have been away from home for the last 2 weeks and just came back a few hours ago.

Regarding the membership code, I check each of my code before giving it to customer. I did so with the code @necrox^ bought. However I don't have proof of me checking this particular code. So I'm not sure what's the best solution here, but if staff decides so I'll refund the payment @necrox^ sent me for the code.
