    Explanation of the trade: Kale worked on the account, while there was 3.2b of wealth. The customer changed his passwords without checking linked accounts. The customer found out that 3.2B was stolen afterward. This is a customer that ordered through Searchy, which has a partnership with our Discord.
    How they scammed: Linked steam account, when the customer changed his password, kale could still enter the account bypassing current password.

    Kale was the only one who ever had access to that customer's account. Kale did two jobs on the account of that customer, and the customer never ordered service before/after that with other workers or other people.

    I am defending a personal friend of mine. She is a non-english speaker and actually the victim of lucky charm who has taken her deposit money and owed job wallet while claiming she was the scammer. It is very coincidental that this report by the supposed "victim of Kale's scam" was only "scammed" after the job was completed in the service discord. I can only speculate on this false claims motives for doing so, but its most likely a scammer trying to seek fraud compensation.

    This is the proof that the customer originally had 3b on the account upon starting which already invalidates lucky charms claims that it was taken off.

    In addition to this, in their own terms of service the customer did not follow #17, which makes the customer liable for his account wealth loss on the scenario. However this is purely an argument entertaining the notion that there even was a steam account link. In reality this was a fabrication by the customer. Based off Lucky charms own terms of service, they are wrongfully terminating Kale and withholding her deposit money.

    - Thanks for leaking the Runescape name of a client for everybody to see, if moderators can please remove that screenshot.
    - Yes, apparently she did have access to 3.2B while doing the service, Searchy posted the ticket of his client and posted a job for workers to see with a deposit requirement of 100M. Will make sure that never happens again. That is the fault of Searchy in this case.
    - That was therefore likely the reason for Kale to link a steam account (seeing the wealth that could be stolen afterwards by linking a steam account).
    - In the deleted post there is evidence that this customer knew the country that Kale is from ( i can confirm the country that Kale is from - it is the country where the hijack took place from).
    - If the customer stole the wealth himself (a setup for a refund scam), he would do his best to get reimbursed, which is not the case.

    Apologies for the delay - unfortunately it's very difficult to pinpoint a specific individual as responsible for removing the wealth.

    It appears the worker posted the bank picture to support there being the GP on the account then completed the task at hand. The job then appeared to be completed/finalized 01/10/24.

    It appears the individual who ordered accepted the TOS & TOS #17 would come in effect. It also appears that there is not a need for 3.2B on an account just to do 18 smithing levels, which TOS #5 should also come into play.

    5. Before ordering you must move any unnecessary wealth not needed for the service completion off the account. There is a maximum of 50m of total GP that can be on the account.

    17. After the service has been completed we will ask you to change your password, change bank-pin, and check if there are any linked accounts in the account settings (runescape.com > account > login > linked accounts). If any wealth on your account is lost after you confirmed this we are not liable.

    I'm also having a hard time believing that the individual who ordered the services asked a "friend" at Jagex to look into the account & that confirmed it being this worker ~2 days after the job was complete (but he did not provide proof of this). This is in a deleted post for staff to see. This user also advised he was quitting due to this but yet the account is +4 additional total levels.

    You can certainly remove the worker if you may please, but there's nothing to support any wrongdoing or the right to withhold any deposit/earnings from this job.
