When you cash into Runehall they advertise that you may cash out in RuneScape Gold, which is not the case, so they offer you an option to use their "Swap" feature when the live chat doesn't have the gold to give you, (base rate on site says 0.15/M) So when you use this "Swap" feature it automatically gets accepted by the admins (Murk who actually runs the books at Runehall, as Orkla is just an ex imposter scammer and has nothing to do with the site entirely, just owns it because he's scammed millions in his prior hobby of impostering) I had sold my balance which says $200 on the site, so I'm thinking maybe 10-15% at the most for exchange rate, when I had gotten my LTC it says $153, meaning I had lost $47 in fees, when Gold rates are literally going at .155/M LOWEST right now, so I am extremely confused on why I had paid 25% of my entire stack just to cash out my money, any other casino site running this way would be shut down and labelled as a scam, this must be stopped or FIXED ASAP. I will no longer bystand and listen to the people who complain everyday at how shitty they compromise this issue.

Keep in mind, when you use this feature, there is no negotiation on what rate you get, they will just SWAP it without your permission, and as someone who was heavily drinking last night, I had no idea I was even scammed $47 I feel for the people who lose their money daily to this scam site.

Murk has now gone and tried to silence me for exposing his scamming tactics and methods, meanwhile I have a site balance while gambling there currently, this is truly quite saddening how this site was starting to become a great site overall, is now going to trash as they scam, scam, and scam again. Muting me btw is taking away my perks and incentives to gamble there all the while if you type every 30 minutes you get a chance at $0.50 cents, as it stands after this report he has now tried to scam me from my giveaway options and silence this to get brushed under the rug.
