How they scammed:

I'm making this report on behalf of Mobsnipe1, Moo was a host in Elite Ranks and since i'm an Admin from Elite Ranks I think its my duty to protect my members.
Mobsnipe1 contacted Moo to sell a Blue Partyhat for LTC. Moo met him ingame and collected the Blue Partyhat but instead of paying the LTC, he blocked Mobsnipe1.

Afterward Mobsnipe1 reported this to the staff and we investigated this and came to the fact that Moo indeed scammed the Blue Partyhat.

Please contact me on discord so I can send the mp4 clips I gathered, This involves Mobsnipe1 his LTC addy so I would like to keep this private.
