Zedaney, the worker and I already have been talking for over 10 hours about this case and we can't seem to find a proper solution or outcome. I will try to make a chronological order of the storyline:

1. On 29th of november Zedanay makes an order. He has alot of rush with the order being.
2. Order gets completed on 1 December. Zedenay has not said a single word in the ticket after the order was completed.
3. On 4 December he told us ''The account got banned''. Until 13 December again no response from Zedanay so I decide to close the ticket.
4. On 26 December, Zedanay returns with the story that the account got banned and wants to be compensated for the loss.

The reasoning Zedenay hasn't returned to me earlier, was the fact he was ''tracking'' the worker on what he was doing. Zedenay told me that he was tracking the worker on what he was doing (?) And found out that Jackson (the worker being) was playing BlueStack 5. I've talked to the worker where he used it for and instantly showed me he uses it to play games with (other than OSRS).

I've investigated the case myself and Jackson was able to show me every level gained by Runelite (including client frame).

Even after explaining Zedenay the reasoning there is no sign that Jackson was botting, I told him I wasn't able to compensate him. He has repeated a several times that he was fine with any outcome since I was the boss. He then said ''Thank you'' and I closed the ticket. Now, yesterday he came back again. He really wanted a financial compensation.

Even though there is yet again no reason for me to compensate, I proposed to refund his bank (30M) out of goodwill even though this guy is rather trying to extort at this point.

and i never use bot in my pc
in the same day i have send to the worker i got banned
and he dont say anything and iam new idk anything about service so iam waiting to see your worker what use
and if i have bot why i need to pay for service? train stats?
