Explanation of the trade: I paid $26 LTC for 200m Oldschool RSPS, when I paid $26 LTC we decided to meet up at gem mine. The farmer than dropped the GP and picked it back up when I saw it, attached video below. When he picked it up, I tell Guakanda to not pay him. He drops the gold back, I pick it up and as soon as it gets picked up and before I could teleport. I sent to Guakanda he could pay and went to teleport and got banned within 10 seconds. Sent him video and he still has not refunded my LTC. The "FARMER" has been banned. I never received the gold and here is attached. I lost my account & the $26. I am requesting my $26 to be sent back to me. Guakanda did not tell me he was using an farmer until after I had paid him. I asked him if he was using and farmer and he said "200m" as you can see in the picture. I do not think he followed Sythe rules regarding that. I know staff does not get involved with drop/accounts trades, but this guy legit picked up the gold on video and then when I get it. It's insta banned before I could even teleport home. I am requesting Sythe to look into make sure all Sythe rules were done by Guakana Gold.

How they scammed: He picks it up in video, then I get insta banned after I do receive the gold. He did not tell me he was using farmer until $ was sent. I asked if it was his gold, he sent "200M" so to me thinking it was his actual GP.

Guakanda Gold has now filed an report on me with no proof, no refund, and also has banned me from his Discord so I am not unable to process anymore evidence or proof from the transaction. By him banning me, explains to me he is guilty and attempting to hide evidence and is breaking rules on Sythe by bad business practices.

You can also see some of the rules which I responded to on the thread below that I think he had broken by reporting me, the transaction itself and now to add to it banning me from his Discord to hinder the scam report I posted here.

I am now requesting refund or his ban for multiple infractions.

He is refusing to look at the proof of him picking up the GP while on video and only posting a picture of the GP on ground, if this was not banable on Sythe then wouldn't resellers and sellers be able to make $ without 0 consequences and only harms the buyers who is the main ones coming to Sythe. I do believe drop trades are risky, but this guy just picks it up. Then attempts to get paid, finds out I had an video of it, drops it again. I pick up the GP, then face with a banhammer instantly. Either he is staff or reached out to staff to ban me.

Would like an mod to step in as this is hurting some of my customers trust to me as he posted an report on me for posting one on him. He will not respond on here or his thread furthermore as I think he is still risk to community of scamming any buyer that comes his way by reporting to staff, farmer scamming them without looking at evidence sent to him, forcing an trade. On his report, he said his buyer had "redropped" the gold to me to get the picture and reason why he picked it up. But the picture is where he was standing BEFORE he ran back to pick it up. So the picture was taken before he picked it back up so he's obviously covering up for something.

 

Brother, like I told him and you can see in the photos, the receipt was the same, it's not my fault that they banned him so quickly, brother.

 

Why is the video which you have not mentioned yet been responded too?

You said he picked it up to take another photo, but why is the video is the exact way he is standing in the picture you had sent? Thought he "didn't" take an picture, but the picture shows his character standing the exact way in the video as the picture before he picks the GP back up.

Also, please respond to the mods question and quit delaying.

 

the farmer is like the other farmers make their gold and where the order comes out is where they sell I gave him his gold as such because he says that only the video I have all the evidence where it is clear that I gave him the gold I bought he only has a video and I have more evidence and so they accuse me that I do not understand.

I did my job as it was and my other buyers have not complained or complained to me and this person says that I scammed him, I am not to blame for his immediate banning if this is the moderators of the game or the owner of the game who has these rules I did all my work as it should be done and for that I put all the evidence.

 

Let the mods handle it and answer there questions, if you did your job you would've answered the same questions that the mods are asking you that I had asked you. You as a middleman of an transaction, still liable for watching out for issues with any sellers or buyers. If you were just the middleman and finding it fishy, your support to report it by ethics. But, since you are here for the $ and didn't even watch the video of your guy dropping it to me, PICKING it up, then you was gonna pay him with my evidence that your guy trying to scam you is just stupid to me. Why did you also ban me from the Discord? How many other customers you got, cause I don't see fairly new vouches that would make this an amount i'd consider dropping this for. You falsely reported me without 0 evidence of your claim. I got an video claiming your farmer/seller/whatever the hell is attempted to scam me and you both, but you're to biased to see that. You're also liable for both the buyer/seller if one of them get scammed and you're the middleman. Even if it's not Sythe rules, it's just being an decent human being.
