Now reporting us as scammers, when was previously warned about Accounts costs and bond costs, BEFOREHAND. Working from his phone rather then his computer, refusing to login to business discord, we even removed some staff to accomodate Swallow, as a proof of goodwill, we were patient and gave him whatever he asked, he returns us by accusing us of scamming, slander, disrespect, and a constant arrogant tone, while loosing trades from our main discord messages.

How they scammed: Threatening our business and our customers, missing multiple days of work AFTER we removed other members for his schedule, OFFERED Swallow better commision then everybody else, claiming to be "the best in the market" providing no more results then any other staff.

These fake reports have costed us a lot of business, and is directly hurting our livelihood, not just ours but of many of my staff / workers, Swallow's deposit should be used to pay for these damages and the salary of the staff members affected.

You're preventing me from accessing the evidence; all the screenshots are either incomplete or cut off. Are you trying to justify yourself by manipulating people with biased screenshots? I have mentioned why I revoked your access, you are being emotional and those groups contain information such as passwords and login details, that will be used against us, because by your behavior we have noticed you have no boundaries, everything is game, including spamming fake reviews on trustpilot, or fake scam reports on sythe, extremely toxic individual.

I believe you were talking about quitting the business continuously, am I wrong in remembering that? I think you're attempting a scam quit, and I'm the first victim. You blocked me from everywhere, preventing me from accessing all the evidence, or you destroyed the evidence. If you had tried to reach an agreement with me, you wouldn't be dealing with all of this right now

the one who hired you were still on ur friendslist and u were still in the server i didnt remove u from server and u had left us bad feedback on the server and i didnt remove the feedback or you until 10 days later after the report, and the one who hired u which was fate and mestre still on ur friendslist.

A user is free to make a report if they feel they are scammed. In this case he did so & it appears this is resolved (shown here). I understand emotions are high & you both are chipping away at each other - as I stated on your other threads surrounding problems with workers; block each other & move on.

Sythe does not patrol outside of Sythe, users are free to leave feedback on any type of review type system as they deem fit. If you feel the feedback is not reasonable/legitimate please take this up with that specific site. I didn't see anything to support additional/spammed feedback being linked to SwallowGoldShop & it's impossible for me to know if that would be him versus someone who got their account serviced with you for example.

I'm not seeing anything in your TOS that would support withholding any deposit. I'd again encourage you both to block each other & move on.
