We have reached an agreement to make 8 pure accounts worth $110 each, he would provide 90 days of bonuses and 100 million supplies, he only provided 65 million per account and I was able to finish 5 in total.. the problem is that I have time from following his sythe thread in the pure accounts section and has never posted the accounts.
I have tried to reach agreements with him but he never accepts which leads me to think that he wants to get rid of me without paying anything at all. This is almost 2 months old and I still haven't received a response from

 

Any moderator who can help solve this problem please, I have worked for this server for 1 year and I have never had problems with it, I am just looking to solve this since it has been almost 2 months... I proposed giving him a $100 discount if he gets payment in 1 month for me but he doesn't want to accept.

 

We made a deal for Jackson to be paid after the accounts are sold. He agreed to this deal. I have continously tried to sell these accounts for Jackson but haven't had any luck. I've spoken to many other account sellers to get these sold at a loss to me, still no one wants them.

I don't understand this report that I haven't paid Jackson yet, given that the accounts still have not been sold. I have also given him an advance to help him with his money problems. Given an advance for something I don't own is hardly me trying to run away without paying Jackson...

Jackson has admitted to me that he is retiring from the runescape market and from my employment. Given these new factors, I'll be at risk of having these accounts recovered by Jackson without any incentive for him not to do so. Due to Jackson's rash behave and willingness to forget our agreement (which was extremely clear before starting the work), I don't feel comfortable to buy these accounts.

I would like Jackson to return the advance that I gave him, along with the gold that has deflated in price. Jackson can keep his accounts, selling them whenever, however and priced at whatever he likes. This should conclude the matter.

he has not returned my security deposit and he does not want to reach an agreement with me, I had on several occasions telling him to publish the accounts, he even ordered me to make new pics and I never publish them, now He wants me to keep the accounts, I can't sell these accounts because he applied for this job... the correct thing is that he keeps the accounts, he gives me my share and my security deposit

 

Attached just a few of the messages showing me trying to sell the accounts at a loss just to get Jackson his money quicker. Making a loss just to help Jackson then he reports me for trying to run away with nothing?..

This doesn't include endless tickets where I have tried to upsell them instead of my own stock. (cba looking for transcripts unless mandatory)

Also shows Jackson agreeing to take payment after I have sold the accounts. It was even his idea!



























P.S. Jackson is the OO of these accounts, made the registered emails and trained every second of these accounts. Although we both know the login details, Jackson has far more control over these accounts than I do.

I feel sorry for Jackson's position, hence why I have given him the advance each time he needed it. However my patience has run out with him since he is not honouring his own words and trying to cause trouble for me.

 

I have been working with you for 1 year, I have never harmed you... the reason for this is because I have been behind you, asking you to please publish the accounts but you always ignored me... what science is accepting a deal to pay me by selling the accounts yes do you never publish them? I think you are putting everything in your favor to prevent you from not fulfilling your agreement, it cost you nothing to publish them however 2 months passed and you never did

P,S: you published the ticket for a worker to do this for you, I did not look for you for this, I only proposed paying myself when selling the accounts so I could make more than 2 accounts and be able to obtain profits from this... it is your responsibility to sell the accounts

As you can see, all his pics are at least 1 month old. Furthermore, he never publishes these accounts specifically, neither here, nor on his server nor to his buyers, which makes me believe that knowing that he could not pay me the $110 per account promised on his ticket he simply gave up to wait for me to report it and thus demand what he gave me in advance and the 500m gp supplied in the accounts "this is not a debt because it is something that he proposed in addition to the payment of $110 per account"

Perhaps he did this with the intention of recovering the investment and washing his hands of the sales of the accounts, so he would not have any type of losses.

 

Can post tickets of me trying to upsell these accounts to customers more recent if it pleases Jackson..

If it's so easy to sell them I don't see why Jackson wouldn't want to keep them to sell for himself and maybe at a higher price!

 

Here it clearly says that it benefits him more that I report it, because he can ask for the invested GP and the advance that he gave me... a clear reason that when he realized that he could not sell the accounts and would have many losses, he decided to wait for this

 

He is clearly looking to wash his hands so as not to pay $110 per account and not have losses for this order he made.

I would show Jackson saying he's leaving the market and keep my advance if I don't pay him now, but unfortunately the message has been deleted from our DM's conveniently the same time this report went up. Also much has been deleted or edited from his side.

Yes saving myself the hassle of selling his accounts for a loss while we slags me off would be ideal, however I have and can further prove this was said in anger and not my intention as I have continued to try and sell them.
