Beylord Scamming/Bad Business Practice

The discord/computer time is off by 3 hours when showing proof on time/date on my Laptop as I screenshot on an PC with an different time shown 3 hours behind on my PC.

Explanation of the trade: 25b account sent to reseller, jailed then locked few minutes after on 1 account after information is sent

How they scammed: Sent account information with proof not in jail, time/date, few minutes later the account is in jail/locked. He states to send the information and then payment was not ready after information was sent along with confirmation. I tell him my account is jailed, then he is trying to say the ETH is still not ready from his buyer. Beylord then refunds the buyer his ETH. I was trying to get him to not send the information to the buyer (if he has not already) until I was able to reset my mac/ip (which took 10-12 minutes) to see if the account was locked/jailed by IP, mac or account ban. The account was banned manually. The other account that suffered an ban was my main account. The other accounts that I do have on the same IP from the "banned" account which was sold to Beylord that was not jailed/banned are still up and running. So the two accounts were targeted straight after sending information to Beylord.

I am reporting based on him lying, bad business practices, and more than likely getting my account banned or sending to buyer then account is banned.

Please remember, my other accounts were not touched on the same IP address of the banned account that I sent him. I don't think he did tell the buyer he was outsourcing his trade. He did refund his buyer according to him.

He then accuses me of trading the GP over to an mule, this is true about the mule which he never asked me if it was an mule account or so forth. Dealt with him in the past, no issues or ever asked this questions by Beylord. I did not "trade" the GP over to the mule account as the method of xferring the GP.

After showing him the account was banned, he then goes to ask me to "show" that it's not an mule and where did the gold went.

I believe Beylord probably sent him the information or picture of the screenshot and the guy were staff, or was reported to RWT staff. This time of night has been my first of bans/jail at this time of night, its usually in the day of eastern time as well.

I know account trading is risky and can result in situations like this, but I do believe Beylord is in the wrong of refunding without allowing me to check the account status and stating to get the account ready (could've easily had staff look into "trade" or "pvp" or "Death" logs for the amount) if being muled.

Maybe his bad business practice and only wanting to make a few dollars causes people to feel scammed, banned or jailed by his bad practice.

If anything comes from this, i'm asking for his practice to be monitored and evaluated as similar things happened to him previously with or without refund asking if he can receive DNT.

first of all by moving the gold from one account to another you will be banned and you are doing it under your responsibility and by sending me the "mule" account it is very obvious that this account will not last alive less than 5 minutes, then you pretend that I pay you when you yourself caused the problem, you had to send me the account that made the gold, not send me a mule account and so we avoided this problem, the gold did not reach its destination "the buyer".

if a mod will consider a refund to a seller who did something wrong by putting gold on an alternate account and there was never any information to my buyer, I will do it out of my pocket, I have never been a scammer and I have never damaged my reputation on this beautiful forum, I live off sythe to keep my home day to day.

 

Here is the thing Beylord, you said you received the payment and asking me if I was ready. Are you attempting to say here that I am scamming you by giving you an mule? I'd also like to know how you know how the GP was xferred? Are you staff? Are you setting up your buying/sellers so you profit more?

Mods, I just want to make it clear that even if nothing comes out of this scam report. I still think he violated:

1. You must notify your customer if you are outsourcing your trade.
2. If another user is out to find your in game name for the sole purpose of reporting you to the server management, please report them here.

As you say, it is directly our responsible to check for staff but if you're seeing something is fishy and not receiving money why would you have me xfer the gp or send the account information without receiving the gold? This would allow them to look for the exact amount her xferred. I believe you had bad business practice and will eventually harm others like you have in the past with this same exact situation. You did not allow me the time to reset my mac/ip to make sure the 25b account was not hurt and it was "locked" and the only movement on the account was with you and banned pretty much instantly. The 25b account was made hours before this transaction and was not involved "trade" as the xfer. He asks for proof when it was locked.

He never mentions:

• Is this an mule account?
• How is the gold xferred to the account?

in my 5+ vouches that I have with him. Why now?

The fact that confirmations in 8 seconds and him saying he has not received it for a long time after is sketchy to me. I believe Beylord did things in bad faith towards me and then would question things that I can no longer prove after I sent information and he had the account banned.

 

Do not waste my time, the staff time or your own time by saying "more proof" because honestly you should go ahead just post whatever proof you have to get this settled. Delaying this in bad faith? Why are you asking questions that I can no longer prove after the transaction?

Why are you asking for proof, how did you xfer, and all that garbage after getting my account banned? Like I said in post above, did you set me up.

as i said above if a mod considers a refund or ect to him let me know but the account was jail in your own hand . never arrived my buyer as i showed all chat and if a mod wants to enter my server let me know and verify
