Explanation of the trade: I have been In the Discord for a long time and my friend has made a purchase before.
I made a ticket in the discord system requested how much i wanted they told me to pay via paypal and to be sure to use "friends & family" after waiting for a minute he said let me check my account and banned me from the Discord server.
I have made multiple attempts to contact and rejoin on new accounts only to be banned again and ignored.

I can send the paypal payment I made and a few other screenshots.

Everytime I make a new discord to try and talk to Jorperr he just bans me.
All the conversations are done in his ticket system within his discord.

I am working with my bank/PayPal now to reverse it.

 

Normally I would not be this upset over $30. But I don't want anyone else to get scammed by this dude.
It's a joke.

Yeah he refuses to reply anywhere @Jorperr just blocks me anywhere I try to contact him.

He is very unprofessional and gives your site a bad name.

 

PayPal is telling me they have no action that can be taken and I have to hope my bank will dispute the charge.
He made me do the payment as a "friends & family" pay so that I have no right to dispute the charge,

 

Hello everyone,

Apologies for late communication surrounding this issue, I have a job I had to attend to today and wanted to take time to explain everything.

Scie contacted me yesterday evening to buy gold. After a brief conversation (as I do with every customer) I ask which payment method. He chose PayPal.

Important side note: In the past I got scammed by users paying via goods & services option provided by PayPal, I trade the gold and see a few days after in the activity fee that the person who sent the money made an appeal and claimed that they never received anything. Since selling gold doesn't provide any real proof (for example tracking number of the chosen logistics company) I couldn't convince PayPal I had actually traded the in game gold. Result: I lost the traded gold and the money I had received for it got revoked by PayPal back to the buyer.

With the above in mind, I always told future customers to pay via friends & family so this wouldn't happen to me again. So as for yesterday evening I checked if I had received the money from Scie for the gold he wanted to purchase and I immediately saw that there was already a claim from the buyer (Scie) who sent the money. What PayPal does in this case is block the deposited amount from my account so I can't withdraw it or whatever until the dispute is investigated by PayPal.

Because of this I banned Scie, and the accounts he joined with afterwards, from the Discord since I have no need for any scamming activity in my server, as I've had in the past.

To be claiming now that I scammed him is just a blatant lie ... I don't see why I would scam someone and ruin my reputation of providing a legit gold selling service... and especially not for the amount of the trade we're talking about (+- 30$). I have no issue with returning the money that was sent. But I will not be doing so before I get confirmation from PayPal that the money that has been blocked on my account by PayPal will be unlocked. Seems more than fair to me.

I'm also a bit disappointed about the actions that have already been taken towards me on this site while I haven't even had a chance to explain myself. Unlike other people I unfortunately don't have the time to sit on this forum.

 

I did not make the paypal claim till after you banned me from the discord server...

Share a discord screenshot of your logs of when I was banned and I will show the email of when i opened the PayPal ticket.....

 

@Kanye no, I am indicating I didn’t trade any gold because when I was checking the payment via PayPal activity I saw the payment was disputed by the buyer and the payment I “received” was put on lock by PayPal. Meaning I technically didn’t receive any payment.

Something that, in my knowledge atleast, shouldn’t be possible if a payment is done via friends & family option. The option the buyer claims he used.

But besides that, like I said. I am very much in favour of returning any money that I received as soon as PayPal says the disputed transaction is finalized.

If I send the “received” amount to the buyer now to solve this false accusation of scamming while the first transaction is still on lock by PayPal. I am at risk of sending money to the buyer while PayPal will refund the initial amount. The same scenario as the scam that happened to me in the past.

If the buyer can give me proof that the locked received amount will be unlocked, I’m sure to send him his money back.

Besides all of the above, the fact that I’m already labelled as a scammer by the buyer and by moderators of this site … Doesn’t give me much motivation in trying to put time and effort into proving I am everything but a scammer… Just bullshit all around to be honest.
