    Hello. On October 17th I sold a jagex account. account MAXED at an affordable price $ 140 the guy paid me $ 80 and owes me $ 60 he told me that in 30 days he would pay me if nothing happened with the account

    It was obvious that nothing would happen to him. To the account since from the beginning I said that I did not have access to recoveries,
    Also, they made all the changes to the jagex account.
    So those days were perfect. I never had any complaints. about the account.

    I never accepted TOS
    But I decided to wait the days. The 30 days to make you feel safe.
    that everything would be fine.

    I was on your ticket server yesterday. And everything was fine. The next day I went to check and it was no longer on the ticket. They never notified me of any problem. about the account. I thought everything was going well

    when I wrote to him today to ask if he would pay me and he told me the account was disabled. but it was not recovered
    I don't know if they disabled the account and everything so as not to proceed with the rest of the payment.

    There was never any communication from them (about the account).
    This seems strange to me, I don't know if I'm right. But I would like them to be fair. in what was agreed.

    i provided him ticket transcript link idk why he didn't post pictures. i will. we also used @Llulio with worthy to facilitate this trade. my original offer was $150 for the account with a 30 day warranty. he countered with $100 but couldnt provided recoveries so i countered with $80 without any warranty or recovers. he then hired worthy to middle man the trade for $80. after that trade was complete he came back to our discord asking for the more money in a month at which time i told him if i have no issues in a month sure ill give him the extra. sadly a week later the jagex account was disable due to hijacking and i lost access to the account and funds on it.

    2) because it's about someone else when the deal was with you.

    3) the mm are not responsible for things.
    They are providing their service as the professionals they are. I am not going to involve them in something that has nothing to do with them.

    4) there you can clearly see that it was $150, you paid $80 and you don't want to pay the rest because they suspended your account.

    5) you act like you don't care. do you think i would buy an account.
    and I get suspended in the next few days, I will quickly in the next few days notify the seller about this. and that I will not pay the rest. You have not even notified.
    you use the peanut vouchers to be your successful purchases and then tell the person that the account is suspended and more lies.

    6) I am not asking you for more money, it is something you owe. that's all.
    I will leave everything in the hands of the administrator sythe.
    If I am wrong or right I will settle for what they say. thank you.

    I've reviewed the transcript in full, it appears this was more of a miscommunication combined with concerns that @Ookamikun is claiming that he lost access to the account

    - Original agreement appears to be $75 BTC up front & $75 BTC due on 11/17/23 (a month later) if no concerns, however in the request was recovery support/help, to which you indicated you do not have access to recoveries and do not know details to make a recovery (you claim you are the original owner as well)

    - Agreement was then changed due to you indicating you do not have access to recovery details, which @Ookamikun states he doesn't think he would pay more than $80 but if it's $80 we can do it. This appears to be where the miscommunication starts as it appears he's meaning $80 in total, not just $80 at this time & then more money 30 days later (as that wouldn't make sense if he's offering to pay more than the initial amount). Here's a snippet of this discussion:

    The remaining discussion is finalizing the trade it appears & requesting a vouch exchanged - you then came back after indicating the agreement was $140 (which there was not even an agreement on $140?) and the rest being paid in 30 days.

    Technically you accepted the $80 it appears, per the conversation initially, however it appears @Ookamikun then agreed to do another $60 if there's no issues at 30 days.

    @Ookamikun please provide documentation to support you've lost access to the account
    @Ashell you will also need to provide assistance as you sold an account that appears he lost access to <30 days after purchase.

    I had the account for over 3 years and no problem ever occurred. beginning of the section. or blocking.
    What seems strange to me is that he hasn't warned. what happened and he took me remove the ticket without giving me a reason.
    There I clearly said that I did not have access to recoveries. And the truth is, I talked about that from the beginning. and I don't have access.

    I think it is a strategy that is given to the user and then they send a report and disable it.

    Those are all assumptions above - but unfortunately we're unable to determine exactly what may have happened without ultimately a recover of the account & taking a look at the blackmarks.

    What we do have is a scenario where the minimum warranty on Sythe is 30 days - the max is 2 years without TOS acceptance. The account appears to have been sold & user is claiming to no longer be able to access the account, meaning you will need to assist with this if there's nothing to support anything that you are assuming happened as discussed above.

    I will also await any documentation @Ookamikun may have in regards to losing access to the account

    How can I help here if I don't have access to recoveries and they have changed everything. I don't know any of the details to recover. It's an old account. This doesn't make sense, the guy is running away. so as not to pay the remainder.

    I will not fall into your games.
    You think you lost an account that has more than 600m. and you never notified that it was disabled. you would be normal I will not answer except for the admin to decide only if I really deserve the rest of the money or not. thank you If I don't deserve it, close the report. (mod)

    This is why it's important that individuals sell secure accounts which they are the OO on or can assist in recovery as you are ultimately responsible for what you sell for the terms agreed to - as stated above the minimum warranty is 1 month & it's 2 years if no terms were agreed to.

    At this time documentation has been provided showing the account is disabled - if you are unable to assist @Ookamikun in the recovery and providing the account back you will need to refund the initial money that you have received.

    The minimum warranty period is 30 days. We are within those 30 days. Your TOS image you provided doesn't state anything about any warranty period so as far as that concerns it would be two years. We are also within the two year period.

    Regardless of he said vs she said there's nothing to support what you are indicating. He's indicating he lost access to the account & you are unable to assist. You are liable to refund @Ookamikun what he paid.

    It was also not said that if something happened it would be refunded. the money or the account. For my part I have already lost everything on the account. More than 3 years I never had a problem in 15 days it was disabled incredible

    This again goes to the point of it's incredibly smart for users to sell accounts that either you are the original owner of or have information on to assist as this entire scenario could've likely been avoided.

    Please work with @Ookamikun in regards to a refund if you are unable to assist any further.
