Explanation of the trade: Purchased a handful of quests for 280m. Their worker died on the account and they changed their TOS as soon as my account died to include not to be liable for "status loss".

I also purchased a 1-99fm service for 400m on this same account from them.

They are claiming they died on the account during Druidic ritual while the account had 35 hp.

 

Hi, so they deleted the tickets and removed me from the discord server. I can show convos of the most recent ticket only because I didn't anticipate them deleting everything else.

Their offer to make this right to me was a 50% off rebuild for the exact same account while they supply a base 99fm HCIM with WT done. I argued that the account could be recovered at any time since I was not the OO.

While on the other hand, I just wanted the account to be rebuilt to the current stage.

Hello, Thank you for handling this report.
It’s unfortunate what happened however there’s a reason why we have it stated in TOS that status is lost we’re not responsible and that the customer should understand that risk when ordering services because of the unpredictability of something of a dc/ or a mistake that could cost the change of the status of the account. The account isn’t permanently deleted from the game, the items aren’t removed, and the account is still available to play on. However, we as a service have a TOS the client agrees to when creating a ticket. We unfortunately had let him know of the situation and tried providing him some solution. He refused any sort of proposals.

If there are any logs or info needed I can provide it.

Well since the bot we use to show our embed message doesn't support Dashboard history I can't get you an instant proof.
However, That rule has been in our TOS since day one.

Our goal isn’t to harm anyone or make changes these are false allegations that the client is making to make it seem like our attention is made to harm him specifically. It’s unfortunate what happened and we tried to resolve it the best way we can. The TOS wasn’t the issue here. The issue is the false claim he made about Berserk. We’ve been around dealing with 1000s of orders and not once have we had someone claim this. We’ve been around for 2 years now and haven’t had an issue like this before because we care and support our client base till the end.

We didn't upcharge it for being HCIM.

 

He's full of shit, he did upcharge me for all my services that I purchased for being an HCIM. I can't refute it with evidence at the moment because he closed all my tickets.

That's wild because when I was quoted for WT crates one of your managers upcharged me because I was an HCIM.
