Explanation of the trade: see screen shots. i trade them the gp we both agree on service then after i ask why they didnt do it in 24 hours they kicked i even told them that i would pay them but atleast compensate that you didnt do it in 24hours.
How they scammed: refusal of doing services after payment. they kicked me after disagreeing and they refused to one other account from doing dt2.

Àll started after this guys behavior he asked for free services because hes order delayed with a few minuted and the services was requested on 2 accounts valued at 155M after he left a vouch i though the services was completed and banned him after it

there is an payment of 77.5M remaining for this guy what i am happy to refund as it belongs to him

disagree i am asking 24h service 8 times(4x in the private chat of the worker) 4x in the ticket they agree to it and than they state they cant deliver in 24h then why are you agreeing to do it in 24hours? then i asked how much is left of the quest which is 30 mins i then asked to make up for it you should do some additional quests but i am also offering to pay not sure what i am asking for free because i paid full price for those quests with deadlines attached. he should pay me way over the payment left for time spent on creating the ticket on sythe and discord.

 

you can't disagree with something you agreed before the entire services is valued at 155M and 1 account is finished and the half remains

where did i disrespect your worker quote one sentence? why are you disrespecting and belitting other people in chat like your customers? I can give you some examples calling your customers little guy is not that very nice this is how budget services is gonna threat for anyone wanting to use their services, cool i understand your tos but do you understand your worker left an 3/4 completed quest while agreeing he can do it in 24 hours? Do you think its good for your businuess to make agreements and then to not meet them? well you guys now see budget services cant with hold their agreements with their customers. you also know one of your workers was still on my account working and u still kicked me middle of a service pretty questionable service dont you think so?

 

your not an customer keep that seperated when you was a customer you been treated as supposed and not even about being a customer when you was speaking normal there wasnt any issue without you being a customer but you asking for free stuff because your order delayed and keep arguing over that. as i mentioned earlier after you left a vouched i banned you (cuz i though your order is finished) and i have mentioned that i will refund what belongs to you and will not continue any business further with you feel free to pm me to pick up your GP

 

first of all u didnt quote anything that i said that was rude. second thing i didnt ask anything for free i clearly said ur worker didnt complete its service and asked to compensate and i offered for payment. i am asking your ticket worker to bring the boss and i am asking why he is making agreements he cant withhold and offer a payment for those 2 quests.

not sure who the rude person is but first of all you kick people who are middle of doing businuess(the other acc was middle of a service indicated by a quest being half done) not like i would use your services again after this. also u knew i was middle of a service otherwise my account wouldnt have an half quest done.

obviously i leave bad vouch that my order was not done in 24 hours when i ask 8x times(4x in ticket) 4x in pm with worker if he can do it in 24 hours not sure. can you answer why this is so bad for you?

i understand your tos but do you think you retain customers when you make an agreement to something and then dont meet them sounds pretty bizzare to me?

you are also not answering my questions in previous reply will not resolve until my questions are answer.

i like to see more compensation for the time spent on making this ticket and like to involve sythe moderators to help for this.

budget service = budget/rude/belitting/scummy customer service

You have been banned after you left a vouch (which made me think your order was completed) and in your ticket I have explained to you aswell that there will be no compensation found place for this small delay and your order was delayed because your account ran out of membership? And I will not continue to argue with you about this. you have been treated exactly as you deserve for your behaviour. you can come and pick up your GP i know your doing it all for attention clowning around but as i mentioned you in this messaged and the previouse ones aswell. feel free to PM have a nice day.
