Link the current Sythe account: @RuneAce.com
Which violation you are reporting the user for: Bad trading practice
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

So few weeks/months ago, i've seen this report about @RuneAce. At that moment the report didn't made a lot of sense and i kinda ignored that. Then i saw that Runeace was still looking for cashiers at that time. Since i own a service myself which at the moment isn't too busy i decided to contact Runeace about the cashiers job and offered people who work(ed) for me the job.

In this screen you can see that we kinda agreed on a $1.8K/month payment.
(Look at the picture at the bottom)

The $1.8K never went through and we ended up on an agreement of $1.7K/month for 24/7 coverage of the cashier system. After 3 months there would have been a raise to $2.4K/month for the same conditions. (Just to be clear i personally didn't made any money out of this. I even lost my best worker because she fully comitted to the cashier work).

Everything went pretty well for a few weeks untill they dropped this message in their cashier chat.
I get that if you can find cheaper solutions for your business that you will take that shot.
But for me that's where the bad trading practice comes in. They expected that cashiers where there 24/7 and respond to the live chat within x amount of time, If they didn't respond to a request, the money that would have been deposit. Got deducted from the cashiers payment. (I can understand those rules very fair and reasonable).

So what happend now is that they just kicked out all of the cashiers from one moment to another and they act like it's the most normal thing to do. Cashiers always made a week schedule on sunday if i'm correct so they where sure they could cover the whole week 24/7. Imagine you being one of those cashiers and all the sudden you read the message below.

@RuneAce.com also offered them a $20/week to cover 24/7 after the message above, Which in my eyes is just milking people!. Also the $0.5/trade is pretty sad in my eyes since cashiers told me there wasn't much traffic on the casino. Then RuneAce and his manager said "(over)paying people $1.7K/month for an easy job like this is just overkill",Let's think about this, If your boss want's you to be at your work even when there is not much to do, You probably won't agree with a lower paycheck? It's about being there and being avaible for possible cashin/outs.

    So long story short:

I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with those guys when it comes down to such agreements. They only think about their own pocket without even considering the slightest human aspect of doing business.

This is an interesting take on the situation,

Business's can reserve the right to cancel peoples employment at any time unless there is a contract with a clause referring to a notice period. In this case there was no contract referring to RuneAce needing to give any notice to cancel employment.

All work completed by the cashiers was paid for in full and there are no outstanding debts.

Cashiers are paid weekly and therefore once their week was complete all payments were made to them and employment was cancelled.

An offer got made to Rune Ace for cashiers who would work at a much cheaper rate. This is for a reason however.

A Number of the cashiers we let go are workers for Ares and as you said yourself.

The reason is mainly due to the fact that cashiers as you mentioned yourself are SERVICE WORKERS. Therefore they are already on their PC's completing services for other discords. This means they do not sit in front of a screen doing nothing waiting for a trade to come through. Cashiers are there to just make extra side money on top of their income they make from services.

Due to the small number of trades we receive per day and the fact a trade takes 2-4 Mins maximum to complete a $0.50 per trade is fair. This is what the new cashiers agreed to as they would already be on their PC's working for services. At the low end that means 15 Trades can be completed per hour for an hourly wage of $7.5 On the High End this goes up to 30 Trades per hour if the cashiers are efficient and therefore $15 per hour. This is more than a fair wage!

Ontop of the fact they are already earning money completing services!

A Number of the cashiers we let go are workers for Ares and as you said yourself.

If my boss told me I could make extra side money doing what I normally do & already on my pc and just spending a few mins per day doing something extra I would 100% take that.

Anyways if you believe spending $1,700 a month on 15 trades per day is a sustainable business model then I have nothing more to say.

Especially if we say a trade takes the median amount of time = 3 Mins x 15 Trades per day (Average) = 45 Mins of Work per Day

    45 Mins x 30 Days = 1350 Mins. 1350/60 = 22.5 Hours of Work per Month

$1700/22.5 = $75.55 Per Hour of Work Completed! That's more than most people hourly wage IRL! Let alone for online work.

This is based on the model that our new current cashiers will be working for side cash whilst being employed else where. Which is how most places, us included now operate.

Also to point out @Jasonpwlservice has time to create a report like this but has no time to vouch for the hundreds of $'s of trades we have done with him.

The fact you only have a few trades/day isn't the fault of cashiers. You also demand almost an instant reaction when people made a cashin request. Let's say a worker is doing some bossing he/she won't be able to respond within your desired few secs.

So yes $1700/month for people to cover your casino cashier system is reasonable. The fact you found cheaper solution is all good. But you should have warned the cashiers little earlier then how you played it now. Because if it would have been the other way around as in cashiers stopping instant Without a warning wouldn't be nice either.

So I hope you learned from it and try to thread people little bit better in the future

Feedback topic you mention here isn't relevant at all.

Is there any TOS/contract that was agreed upon/signed indicating employment guaranteed for a set period of time or that you cannot be "let go" at any point in time?

No there wasn't anything specific. Only thing he said was that if all things went well for 3 months. He would raise the payment after this period to $2.4k/month for 24/7 coverage.

    My main point here is:
RuneAce expects 24/7 coverage of cashier system. In order to cover 24/7, The cashiers had to make a weekly schedule which they always did on sunday evening if i remember correctly.
So if Mr. @RuneAce.com had any decency, He could have made the annoucement about switching cashiers or offering lower payment atleast one week upfront, Because now the schedule was made and at monday during the day he just dropped a message that they need to stop working a pronto.

He is free to remove workers as he chooses then, there is nothing stating he cannot or no agreement advising of a certain period of employment.
