It's been months still cant recover my account, I dont know why my account recovery is being ignored.

Literally recovered it using this account to make a post previously.

Can someone look in to this for me please?

Edit: I previously used this exact account im making this post from to recover my account "wocka"

I forgot the details and changed my home internet etc...

However during this period i've still been building up my vouches on "wocka"

Can someone take this in to consideration please? have been locked out of my main account for a while now
