I made the decision first of wanting a refund since he couldn't deliver it for over 5mins.
They were being difficult delivering the gp or refunding me since the start.

Furthermore, the delivery time was well within a reasonable amount of time.

The delivery time could of taken way longer its only after I messaged and asked him for a refund since he still didnt deliver yet, instantly 2 of his workers message in the group chat to collect the gp when I already bought the gp from another seller.
