Request to remove TWC
Requesting to get a TWC removed. I posted yesterday to remove a TWC, and it was said "You are posting from a mobile ip, you will need to post from a home ip to have the TWC removed."

I use a wireless adapter rather than a cable to plug into the modem, which is the only issue I could see as I'm at my home address/wifi. I have moved my computer and plugged directly into my modem to see if this fixes the issue. Thanks very much for your time. Hopefully can get this removed today! If not please tell me what the issue that remains is?

Please post a screenshot of your internet bill, this will remain hidden and only staff will be able to see it.
