90$ scammed by venezuelan workers

Explanation of the trade:Ordered skilling services, after 90$ sent he kept ignoring, and then later on claims nothing received into his wallet
How they scammed:Claiming nothing received after 90$ sent
1.double checked if it was correct adress: IT WAS
2.balance has been removed from my side
3.There is small chance prob 0.1% that he actually didnt get the money due to issues from his exchange. I gave him option to contact his exchange support to see what they say, but he kept ignoring and saying same thing that nothing been sent, at that point its just scam and he is buying time to scam more people probably

They are from venezuela and normally they work as family brothers/sisters and cousins, this is screen from their server. I personally been working with venezuelans for long time and their formula is always same:
1.Time consuming to deal with, when they need moeny they do spam, normally after money is sent work becoming slow and they stop responding or slow response if they do

THIS SCREENSHOT PROVES behavior before payment, and i have another screen what happens after payment is sent
2.No wifi, grandpa dead, sick, pc burn as reason TO ASK EXTRA MONEY
3.Be legit until someone upfront pay larger amount ~100$ and clean their accs
4.Reason why i posted his workers because im sure they will keep offering services from different accounts from clean start and repeat the formula

 

that is a binance address which means that the transfer was sent binance to binance so there's no transaction tx
