Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

I am a developer selling a modified casino source code - I have the right to do so based on the fact the base code used is actually a free/abandoned project made in 2017 by 3rd party. All the information about this is on my discord server and potential buyers can freely join it, read the info and ask me any questions they might have before making a purchase.

User @KDOTX was one such buyer. He joined my discord, read all the info, proceeded to ask me a couple of questions and then decided to buy the code + installation for $250 (I gave him $100 discount because he was okay with installation part taking few extra days).

He sent me $250 ltc on Tuesday 4.7.2023 and we agreed that I would install the script for him by the end of the weekend - 9.7.2023.

1 hour later he asked for $100 refund, claiming he owed someone and he wanted to pay them back asap - we both agreed on $50 refund (he promised he would pay the $50 back during the upcoming weekend.)

From Wednesday to Friday he managed to send over 500 messages asking me when would I install the script for him - claiming in France weekend is from Friday - Saturday.

I kindly told him I would do it during the weekend which meant from Saturday till Sunday. His response? He opened a scam report valued at $200 on Saturday 2PM.

Keep in mind at that point I still had 1.5 days to install the script for him!
He opened a fake scam report!

In that fake report he didn't manage to prove there was any form of scam on my side yet @Zora decided to put me in DNT for "open debt".

I consider this unfair as I'm being punished for no reason. I haven't broken any rules, I haven't scammed anyone, I haven't done anything that would make me worthy of "do not trade" badge.

I simply do not want to do business with a guy who tried to scam me, who lied to me and who tried to lie on a scam report in hopes to get me banned. I've delivered on everything he paid for. So why am I being punished for not wanting to keep working for him?

1st - to @KDOTX:

"You have two options:

1. Void your agreement. This means Blitzar will have to provide a full refund. Kdotx must then remove the files from his computer.
2. Close your report."

2nd - to me, regarding @KDOTX agreeing to close the report:

"He has no say over this report getting closed or not."
