    It's ok I guess, you need more practicing in vectoring. The shading is off but it's decent.

    But how do you turn a human being picture into a cartoon lol? Can yall help me? I wanan do something like that..Anyway, I would say that picture rox, though the rainbow looks kinda gay, but hey, at least u try :p.

    You take the pentool and trace every little line, then you add shadows.
