    Good evening

    I purchased some OSRS services from Worthy Services..clarified with their manager Grian before the service started that if i lose my hardcore status i would be made whole again.
    I admit i got a bit rude when i found out the worker had lost the status but purely because i knew she was botting on the account and the staff completely ignored me for over half the day when i messaged them all individually about it, as well as in the ticket in their Server.
    You can clearly see that i accepted the TOS based on the manager, Grian, saying that they would make me whole again if they found the worker to be at fault of the death (which was agreed.)
    Grian is a great guy who remained professional throughout, said that the worker will rebuild the account to make me whole again but at the time, in the heat of the moment, i was being a LTITLE rude and mainly frustrated at the fact that a worker was able to die on a 86hp HCIM whilst mining sand..(idk how you do that unless you are botting? also my xp was going up on the hiscores when they claimed their worker was "sleeping" which is why the worker was not responding. This was about 4 hours after i had first messaged for an update.) however when the owners came into the chat they were nothing but rude and very quick to dismiss me and remove me from their servers before i could even get my proof screenshotted properly (i was travelling abroad, was inbetween flights and airports).

    Not sure what you guys make of it, you can clearly see Grian say per TOS no but generally we make the customer whole again and i reply with "I agree based on you making me whole again" and then them proceeding to take my payment for the service. If the agreement was "its up to us to make you whole again but if you get rude then we have the right to dismiss completely", i would've renegotiated with Grian before making the payment. In my eyes, they had every opportunity in that moment to either A) make it clear to me that it's based on their original TOS or B) make the ruling of "making a customer whole" a lot clearer. None was done and payment was taken instantly.

    I feel very hard done by, I apologise for the lack of evidence but due to them removing me from the servers and tickets almost instantly, i wasn't able to get much.

    I received a message from Worthy himself a couple minutes after getting removed saying it could've been resolved properly had i "held my temper" a bit, yet his Wife/Girlfriend comes on instantly with an even worse attitude and has the audacity to tell me about having a correct attitude. Where i come from, if you do a customer wrong, you hold your professionalism regardless of how the customer reacts unless it gets to a certain point, which i feel i was far from.

    You can see from the time stamps how regular i was messaging with 0 responses..the timing of my responses came from refreshing the hiscores and seeing my XP still go up..which is how i knew the account was getting trained yet they were claiming the worker is probably sleeping..all a bunch of bs to me tbh.
    They claimed that Worthy & Chelsea, the 2 owners, were away on vacation which is why i wouldn't get a reply out of them regarding the work however the minute i mentioned to Grian that i'm left with no choice but to make a complaint thread on Sythe, i get immediate replies and abuse from the owners.
    As i said i can't show any more proof as they removed me from the Servers almost instantly..i hope that's enough.

    Our staff follow strict rules of not DMing people about orders that’s why you got 0 response.

    You have no proof of my worker botting.

    The ticket transcript is there that shows all progress updates w/ runelite & play times on the screenshots.

    Grians response was “per tos no generally we try to make people whole if we find the worker at fault or w/e”

    Generally we do. We have no interest in working with you based on your poor attitude.

    You were banned because of your nasty attitude.

    We won’t be saying anything further unless asked by mods : )

    How does that occur to 0 response?? The whole reason a ticket gets made is for conversations to happen between the account owner and the worker as well as staff overlooking it. I got 0 responses in either.

    I have 0 proof of anything because i was travelling and i wasn't on a computer.

    I had a poor attitude initially, and after reading the transcript i had calmed down and said to Grian okay lets work something out seeing as he said the owners won't be responding for a while. Once you guys came into the conversation i tried to be reasonable and work something out with you lot but you had your back up from the get go and in response to my poor attitude, responded with an even poorer attitude with your husband also jumping on making bullshit comments "she owns it and i own her" and sending some BS pics.

    I did not agree to anything after Llulio making a statement, you can clearly read my comment where i said I agree to the TOS BASED on Grian saying we get made whole again." As I have said, if it was also based on having poor attitudes or any other bullshit you want to come out with i would've negotiated that with Grian before confirming the service.

    This right here is a clear example of Chelsea trying to use her "Power of Authority" which is how she acted when coming into the conversation. Are Customers not allowed to be frustrated when something as ridiculous as this happens with 0 responses? I was quick to apologise to Grian, who was the main person i had gotten rude to and Grian was willing to work with me but the owners come in and made the final say.

    As you can see from the conversations, they are unavailable to respond to ticket information but when it comes down to a report being opened or something bad to potentially harm their reputation, they are very quick to respond and all of a sudden being on vacation isn't an issue. LOL.

    Regardless of whether i get anything out of this, at least now the rest of the forum can see what kind of people you are and in comparison to all the other service providers out there, how bottom league you guys are.

    I'm also happy that you bought up the playtimes on the Runelite screenshots because how can a worker post a screenie stating they've just started part of a service and less than a hour later have 0 responses in the ticket for over 12hours? LOL.

    @Alphafc, do you have solid evidence of them botting on your account? Currently, the evidence is essentially based on assumption rather than concrete proof of the use of a bot. As for the remainder of the report, I will provide you with an update shortly.

    Hi Pikachu, nah i’m afraid not, i was travelling inbetween flights and airports too so i was only on my phone..wish i took a screenie of the giscores at the time woulda maybe helped..but as you can see in the transcripts i’ve got previous relationship with them, spent over 600m in services and bought 3-4 accounts of Worthy too (going like 2 years back now).
    It is my own fault for trusting them that much.

    After decisions with my superior staff members. We have come to the conclusion that the worker did admit fault here and the terms of service does cover this issue, see here , however, if you read the chat log it's debatable that the worker overrides these terms of service here and as such @Worthy Services offered to rebuild the account here and retracted the offer when the customer got rightfully upset about the incompetence of the worker. As such it is only fair that the offer to rebuild the account should still stand as retracting the offer based on the customer being unhappy about service isn't right when the incompetence of the worker lead to this situation, however, if you guys come to an alternative agreement please let me know.

    I am definitely requesting a different worker to start with, regardless of whether Maria was botting or not she messed up the order to start with by not reading the instructions of the order which cost me GP on the account and obviously a huge waste of time. Just putting it out there for you too Chelsea, will make a ticket in your server now anyway.

    The only worker available to rebuild it would be Maria as she is the one the messed it up.

    Regardless we have no interest in working with you at all anymore and would like to pay for the account devaluation.

    Did not say 1 rude thing to you, please show me where i did. Speaking rudely and directly being rude to someone are completely different, i only said one comment after yourself and Worthy getting rude to me, in my eyes thats completely understandable when you guys did me wrong initially. However i'm happy for Sythe Staff to come to a reasonable conclusion, i too would prefer not to have to deal with Chelsea.

    Grian i am happy to deal with, Worthy too to be honest, i understand the way he acted and why in the moment and am over it.

    Morning guys I've had a look on Sythe, and from the posts there i would say my account is worth between $1500-$1700 as a IM around $500-$700. I feel demand and supply should massively come into account because as you can see from the threads, most HCIMS get sold fairly quickly whilst people have got their IMs up for a LONG time. I've also got evidence of how much i have spent on that specific account on Services, believe it or not it's actually one of Worthy's old workers, i've spoke with him and he said he's happy for you guys to reach out to him to confirm how much i've spent on that specific account etc (we have proof, pinned messages, dates of transactions for services etc) So i believe $1100 is a fair payout for me, which i can promise you i am still not happy with because i spent around half of that maybe a bit more just on services on the account. Not also including the fact that i had initally bought the account from Strawsombrero. If Worthy aren't happy with my payout then i think the best thing to do is just for them to make the rebuild as was and i guess i'll have to wait for it. But i would like someone from the staff to ensure they are doing their job correctly because as you can see from Chelsea's comments in the thread, "i will make sure maria takes a long time to not die etc" are all sarcastic comments just to delay everything. I feel a time would have to be put on for the account to be done, especially considering how quickly they manage to get other people's orders done, this is simply multiple little orders into 1 big order. This is just to ensure that they are taking my order seriously and are actually getting on with it.

    your account wasnt worth $1700.
    You have a 65m bank, and only 1 99 (firemaking) almost 0 boss KC. Almost all your stats are base 70.
