Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: First and foremost, I do not disagree with the decision that was taken. The reason I received a TWC is due to being careless with customers account within tickets. I had multiple members of my staff on a ticket where a customer had written their details, which put them at risk. I respect the decision to apply a TWC, and it was taken as a wake-up call. We have since implemented made changes in our systems to ensure that this does not happen again. This made me realize that we had an unnecessary amount of people within a ticket, that had no reason to be there. The changes were essentially more heavily privatizing tickets to ensure that only myself, and my Admin can see a claimed ticket, as they act on my behalf when I am unavailable (assisting customers with updates, etc.). We have had no issues since the matter that caused a TWC, and have continued to operate successfully. I hope the Sythe staff can recognize the changes we have implemented as positive changes in the correct direction, and release us of our TWC. I deeply apologize, and will be more cautious.
