Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

They're opening up a trade, demanding they go first at 2 vouches or to use an MM.
Once an MM is found they get sus about it and ask about the fee, I said its free then goes on to say its sketch and I even provided a bondholder MM to which he refused. Just wanted to go first and scam quit, and only wanted to use 'his partners' as MM. He wasted my time in the entire trade, and I'd put a DNT for just that alone..

Other suspicious notes:

• He waited so long for the trade
• Even pinged me back when I said no to his rate and offered higher
• Instantly posts his rsn and location before agreeing to even my rate
