Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
It's known that 'tort' is not allowed on Sythe. I went through the trouble of paying for discord bots (porn bot costed $100 usd as example), sponsors (Blackbasses and President signature spaces, costed ~$100 usd), as well as level 3 discord boost (sponsored by @Worthy Services ) to advertise my newly created server. I trusted MAGZ as staff. Only for him to put a knife in my back and start banning/kicking users, thereby, undoing my investment. I would like for him to pay damages, as I have to go through the trouble of rebuilding the community again

I would like a neutral party to review the matter please

@BlackBlasses @President and @Pikachu are members of the server and advertising in their signature posts. Therefore they may have a monetary incentive to lean in my favor and should not rule on this.

@Yoshiki spam advertised my server and should be disqualified from weighing in on this matter as he tried to tarnish the activity and content of my server prior to being removed.

The above listed users may inherently have bias and lean one way or another.

 

Don't be ridiculous. Ban him and be done with it. He doesn't owe "damages".

I'll give you a similar example. When people in the official server use certain language, the server gets banned and it must be remade again. We do not charge the users who used that language because the server gets banned. We remove them from the server.
