I am NOT the OO (original owner) of the accounts I sell.
My workers create the accounts on proxys/vpn's to avoid chain ban issues which makes them the original owner. I do take full responsibility for my workers. After 30 days the creation IP address can no longer be easily accessed to submit recovery requests. Nobody else has had access to the information besides me and the worker/s who created it.

I have recovery responsibility for 30 days after purchase. After which I do not take any recovery responsibility. The VPN and Proxy services we use to avoid chain-ban issues cannot be easily re-accessed to submit the appeals. I will absolutely still attempt to the best of my abilities to help you if you have issues such as being locked out from a quashed ban, but I will not refund or replace accounts after 30 days of purchase if I am unable to fix it.

Unless specified accounts will not come with any gold, meaningful untradeables, or quests.

All accounts are ban/offense free unless otherwise stated.

All accounts are hand trained without bots

Accounts without a registered email cannot change passwords or modify account settings. So not only do you get to register the first email ever. You can know for certain you are getting the original first password, and that the account has not had other previous owners who may try to recover in the future.

Basically, I got the account with stats:
Gauntlet Ready | NO EMAIL SET | 1281 Total | 81 Def 70 Atk 70 Str 80 Range 79 Hp 80 Magic 77 Pray | 0z69yt4 ||

The account was recovered less than two weeks after I had it. Corby delayed in getting back to me for a day, at which point he forwarded his message from his worker " — Yesterday at 10:10 PM @Corby broooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I was investigating who I gave that account to and it was my girlfriend, she doesn't know anything about the game so she didn't recover it. for now she is asleep I think she can do it tomorrow"

I gave him four days to make things right. Failed recover after failed recover.

He offered to refund me my original payment or give me a "fresh SOTE" account. I have since completed an entire quest line, gained a fair bit of levels, and a lot of time and and resources were put into the account. This includes: Augury unlock and Rigour unlock, Taste of Hope questline (which I can produce verification of quest completion if needed), and membership.

I'm unable to prove of course that I unlocked rigour and augury, but you can see by levels gained that membership was at least unlocked.

I asked for a refund of the original payment plus at least the questing that was completed, but he refused and said to post here, so here I am.

Let me know if I can assist any further, or even if I'm being unreasonable in my request.

 

CandyCanes purchased their account a few weeks ago and has claimed that they can no longer log in. My worker was unable to recover the account back for me and they have taken responsibility of making me a replacement to sell since I have to fix this issue. No other accounts from this worker that I currently have for sale have had their accounts passwords changed, and no other customers have stated having issues like this from them. The customer purchased a Gauntlet ready account which also is weird because why recover an account that is going to be botted on and banned? It wont have any gold since it will mule it off.

Regardless, I offered to replace the account with another one identical to the original purchase or a little better based on what I had available. I also offered to compensate the customer for levels I could see on the highscores which really only comes out to like $10 in extra skills since he purchased the account. However since I am unable to validate wealth or things like Augury or Rigour being unlocked I have refused to refund that. Prompting this report.

At this point I just want to refund his paypal purchase because I do not feel comfortable risking a paypal dispute later down the line.

 

To reiterate this was not "a few weeks ago". This was two weeks ago. Purchase date:

My resolution is simple - pay the difference AT LEAST for the questing completed plus account cost, and we're square.

I never received any reset email. The password still worked to log into the account, but I was greeted with the screen:


I then attempted to change the password myself - I attempted several times (with multiple hours in between) to issue it - no email ever came - hence I'm assuming it was recovered and unregistered.

I have the email from when I changed the password after I re-registered my email with the account, if that's what your after let me know I'll pm you it.

You told me the account was recovered. Not locked.

Accounts are frequently locked when they are botted which you admitted to doing https://i.imgur.com/d2r6Sdk.png

Unfortunately this still falls under my warranty of 30 days, and my offer stands at a replacement of an identical purchase or a full paypal refund whcih I would rather do because botting has its risks and I dont particular like repeatedly honoring my 30 day warranty for bot accounts since the owners are taking major risks that I end up being responsible for like right now.

Let's put two and two together here. The account password works, but a password reset does not. The email is unregistered. For argument sake, I'll go try to log in right now and see what it says.

I swear I had a customer with an issue like this recently and they had to mess with their Jagex Launcher and that fixed it. Your email is removed because you hooked it up to the Jagex Launcher.
