Hey, once again we've encountered issues with MrWilburt in our service providing services.
This user came in again after the past refund where we've lost funds, and generated a sythe dispute.

And we've made an agreement for him because of said history, where the user agreed that this time the deposit would be used for services and no refund would be issued again.

After agreeing he now is requesting another refund, now this is an issue for us because we manage funds and arrange based on our daily needs to make sure the business keeps running, we can't be dealing with refund requests of this size, time after time, disrupting our work and wasting all of staff time and money.

We're waiting on sythe's resolve for this because we aren't keen on giving another refund, but rather provide services that is what we're here to do.
We've already lost a lot of money handling this once.

Hello, I am really sorry to be doing this but the account I wanted to get work done on has been compromised and I no longer have it, my only other account I had was banned 1 year ago trading with one of your alts which I take full responsibility for as I shouldn’t have used my main account.the thing is I just don’t have an other RuneScape account to get work done on. I have sent you guys the money for the job before hand via btc and the price of btc is still around the same price to this day in which I’m asking for the 80% refund policy so I don’t see how you’d be losing money on this refund? I just want to be done this game and move on with my life. This has been a really shit day for me. I’m sorry for having to do this.
