There are several accusations in this report, and I believe it would be best to address each of them individually:
Accusation #1: It has been alleged that
@Faker refused to accept
@Siege GP as a customer without proper identification. However, it is important to note that as a seller,
@Faker has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially for payment methods that may be deemed riskier, such as bank transfers or PayPal. Therefore, this action does not violate any rules of Sythe.
Accusation #2: The second accusation is that
@Siege GP engaged in impostering or bank transfer fraud. However, there is insufficient evidence to support this claim. Just because someone has been added on Discord does not necessarily make them a scammer. Moreover, the alleged imposter is not currently in
@Siege GP's server, and there is no proof that it was him. It could have been anyone, including an imposter trying to scam
@Siege GP as he is a newer Sythe user.
Accusation #3: Finally,
@Faker has been accused of market manipulation, but there is not enough evidence to support this claim. There is no indication that
@Faker is involved in Skilled Services, and therefore, it is unlikely that he has any role in manipulating the market in this area.
Note: I am giving
@Faker the benefit of the doubt regarding his use of the term "Skilled Services."
