Explanation i added sport slip match with shin and he took long time to confirm it then he confirmed and after match ends i won and he say no match was already started so why he confirmed the slip? match already started why he waited match until end to say that and refund me ? match took over 30 minutes more since he confirmed, and when castle discuss he says to me its sports host responsibility to check odds before confirming but because shin owner’s friend and developer king of stajes and im host not a bettor I didn’t get my payment.

TIMELINE

This event took place on 30th July 2021, almost 2 years ago. In this time, Shin is no longer affiliated with KOS, neither is Pikachu. The outcome of this issue was agreed to over 2 years ago, and he's bringing it up now since he's no longer ranked at KOS and he's been going around scamming many people/recovering accounts he sold etc. He's trying to pull a quick one (one of many examples if you click his DNT).

A timeline of what happened as per the pics sent above by Pika:

1:06PM - Pika DM’s Shin to place a bet. This is the exact same minute when the LIN YUN JU vs DIMITRIJ OVTCHAROV match started. This is the game he wanted to place a 200M 07 bet on at 9x odds. So note, the game he wants to bet on is now LIVE.

1:25PM - Shin replied and Pika sent the same slip, with the same old 9x odds (he did not get a new live slip, with new fresh odds which would have been ~3x). At this point the game had been live for ~20 mins.

1:27PM - Shin says sure gl to the slip Pika sent with old odds, as he did not realise the game was live already and had completely different odds, and once he loads PC at 1:35PM posts a confirmation of the slip on the discord.

Why would Shin accept a slip at 9x odds when the odds were MUCH lower of around 3x at the time, if was trying to "take advantage" of the situation? This only means Shin would have to payout more if he loses! The only person trying to take advantage here was Pika.

It was brought to the attention of Shin later on by bettors online at the time that the odds for one of the games he took, 4-3 score to DIMITRIJ OVTCHAROV, should be ~3x not the 9x he accepted at the time. He did not expect a fellow host to send a slip that was already live for 20+ mins with completely different odds, that's why he assumed it was fine and said gl. Host on host bets are much more relaxed as it's pretty much assumed no-one is trying to screw the other person over hence he acted like that. For an unranked bettor, of course Shin would have checked properly etc.

As shown in one of the pictures, Shin brought this issue up to us and was awaiting the decision of an owner/admin. As per our terms for Sports, owners/admins have the final say in all slip related issues and also further written in our overall refund policy.

We made our decision based on the fact that it had looked like Pikachu was trying to abuse old odds on Shin, knowingly or not, a fairly new Sports Host. It was not expected for Pikachu to have sent old odds when he knew the game was live for over 20-30 mins, and was very much so in his favour. At the same time, neither was it right for Shin not to have checked the game properly. However, as the NEW SLIP sent by Pikachu AGAIN, 20+ mins after the game was live, did NOT indicate the match was LIVE (as if a game is live it's extremely clearly indicated on the slip) Shin took it assuming it was not live and since it was a host he had the trust that he would not be sending old slips, or to re-word it, "trying to pull a quick one".

We made the decision as per our terms as we are entitled to do, as they were both hosts, and as both parties were wrong, to just void and refund the bet. This was agreed to on Discord and unfortunately due to bans we no longer have this evidence, however, he had no problems for over 2 years, he could have reported this 2 years ago but it was handled.

However, since his de-rank from KOS, and mass scams recently, including scamming someone on Sythe for ~1.5K USD, it makes sense he's trying to milk every penny he can get.

I hope he realises that even if he does end up winning this case, the full amount will GLADLY be going to the victim he scammed in this report: pikachusen-scammed-6-5b

I would just like to state, that although this was dealt by us almost 2 years ago and there's been no issues since, and he's clearly trying to get some quick $, we are happy to void our decision on this case from 2 years ago (although we don't need to, we're fully within our terms to have made the decision we did) and let Sythe Staff decide on what the outcome *should* have been.

If you guys decide a refund would be the best option, we are MORE than happy to refund the victim of pikachusen-scammed-6-5b the amount decided (I believe around 1.6B 07?), on Shin's behalf as he's no longer part of the clan. We are more than happy to do this whether we are required to or not to help the victim out!

 

I can’t report this since im staking host they could derank me for this. But since they already derank me for nothing i report it, il post @GPSwap derank scam too , btw im not been a scammer but they took over 12k$ from me for no reason.

KoS rules do not prevent any host from filing sythe report so giving that as a reason for a delayed report is a fun joke.
Although KOS rules are not related to Sythe rules, you were justifiably de-ranked from our clan for gross negligence to our rules, and it was not the first occasion but instead a repeated pattern. This is not a Sythe matter at all and is not a "scam". We deal with things in a professional manor and are happy to explain this de-rank, to a sythe moderator.
