@Spya can also confirm this, I believe he contacted him on an ALT account, the original owner is @Spya though and he has also offered to help out but @1337 Kevin decided to dispute and paypal scam even though in the email he sent me today, he claims he wants the info, which he already had, but he still has the account in question.

 

Just adding some more information, he is deleting messages via discord and whatsapp and is now talking on an alt email.

He also removed me, this all happened when I stopped trying to help him sell the account as he wanted money and I stopped associating with him for other personal reasons but in terms of business, I never once scammed or hurt him in any way, I gave him all valid info for the account, the account as of now is in his possession as he confirmed that via email iCloud Mail - Google Chrome (gyazo.com)

I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but pointless excuses and is trying to get money by committing fraud using paypal because he failed to sell the account, all necessary information was given and he confirmed that and said I could "go ahead and delete it' which I did before, now because he failed to sell it he is trying to scam me for no reason whatsoever.

He of course deleted but here is the posting before he decided to scam me which was taken today on my phone:

@1337 Kevin also contacted @Spya via Sythe DM asking about the account which Spya can confirm and staff can check the DMs, I gave him everything he needed, he never once had any issues but is doing this just because he failed at selling the account and wants to use me as a scapegoat

So i sent Abe a message and asked him why he gave me the wrong recovery details? He said random ass shit but i let it pass because i didn't care at that time. * Proof : Screenshot

At that time my trust in him has completely shattered but i didn't let him notice because i know he'll switch up and stop selling my pure and betray me just like what he did with Gladiator and other customers.

He posted my pure for sale, but what you did instead is he started offering his ENDLESS infernal pures to the customer instead of putting effort into selling my account.

Then after a month he gave up because customers weren't serious, Which isn't my problem at all.

Fast forward i pranked him in whatsapp and he decided to block me which wasn't the first time he blocks me. (He lied to me in the past and i exposed him for it so he got emotional and hurt so he blocked me).

At this time i had the account posted for sale, but i was scared if i sold the account he'll recover it and i'll be responsible for it and i'll get banned.

So at this point im out of solutions and i can't talk to him because he blocked me in whatsapp and in discord. so i opened a dispute in PayPal and i sent him the account details back including email change link. * Proof : Screenshot

The original thread for pure was deleted because i stopped selling the account because i know the account will get recovered at some point and i'll get blamed for it, that's the reason the thread is deleted. I have sent him the account the account back. * Proof : Screenshot

I even told him he can keep the account even if the dispute has failed, Because i refuse to sell an account that's not safe.

 

Not going to spam this because staff have better things to do, @1337 Kevin simply couldn't sell it and is making any excuse now to scam and take advantage.

I am not even home atm and overseas, he knows that as I told him that, spamming me everyday and I did sincerely try to help him sell it and sadly to no avail.

However, that gives him no excuse to chargeback, and FYI, I blocked him because he was annoying but that has nothing to do with any business we did and I never once hurt him in any way.

I will let staff decide here but long story short, I am just making this report so he wont continue to do this, I already accepted the loss on paypal but he should be held accountable for this.

 

I also did at first give him inaccurate recovery information, I also told him that later on, but I gave him the correct ones and he verified it and told me " you can delete it now" after saving it to "mediafire" screenshot of that is available in my original post!

I just didn't want the information floating around in case I bought it back from him or if he resold it, just less headache, but I gave him the correct ones and @Spya can also verify the info and this claim as well.

Regardless, just because I did not want to talk to him or associate with him, doesn't give him the right to chargeback scam on paypal, as of now he has the info and the account with no issues, he is going based on something in the future that could or could not happen which isn't fair.

If anything else is needed, staff can contact me but @1337 Kevin should be held accountable for this chargeback scam, which is $200.

 

Accusing me of deleting Discord messages when you don't have enough evidence to backup your lies is actually disgusting, Especially as a religious person. Here's a proof where he says he's gonna block me because i disrespected him (Voice Message recorded from Whatsapp Conv): *Proof : its in arabic, if u can't find a staff who understands arabic, i can translate it. *Proof deleted due the owner request).

I never blocked you in discord in the first place, You blocked me first, then you unblocked me after i opened a dispute, Then i blocked you after you refused to have a real conversation.

I don't have any bad intentions towards you, I genuinely believe you're a kindhearted human being. But you have bad habits of recovering accounts and re-selling them for your own benefits.

I do understand you do that because you're currently unemployed and you do not have an active income, So recovering the accounts and selling the GP on the accounts you recover definitely helps a little bit especially when you're married and have a newborn baby.

I don't have any type of bad intentions towards you or anyone else, I'm just doing the right thing.

I sent you the account you sold me, And i opened a dispute even tho there's a chance the dispute will not go through.

 

You definitely can see how unprofessional Abe is, Bashing my name after 2 years of friendship, Spreading lies without an actual evidence. Disappointing.

You broke the TOS, we had an agreement that you'll help me sell the account for me since you sell accounts regularly, and i already explained to you in the past i can't sell accounts because i don't have enough payment methods.

You promised to sell the account for me which i posted proof in the first comment, but you never did that that's the whole reason i'm refunding my money and giving the account back.

if the staff thinks I'm in the wrong here, Please feel free to inform me and i'll happily stop the refund process and everyone can go on their way.

I'll wait the staff response for now.
