Purchase limit on bonds

Hi, my recent bond purchases got rejected by Jagex, it just says payment refused. But I am pretty sure it's not about my payment method because it was okay for a while. So is there a hidden limit on bond purchases?

 

By the way I tried to buy on my alt account too that never bought any bonds before but still refused maybe IP limit or something, I am very curious.

 

How many have you bought prior to this post? What payment method are you using?

 

I play through Steam, used my Steam wallet, bought 10-15 bonds.

 

Try directly through the rs website. It may not be supported that way.
