Explanation of the trade: i had deposited 7400m with them into my wallet for future services with them but something has come up and I had requested a refund and had asked for one (their terms is 80% refund). We had come to an agreement of 1b per day till total paid (5120m) which is 80% of 6400m because i had be refunded the other amount already. This deal was to start today (monday, 2023/03/20) after messaging them in discord and a response hours later they responded saying theyre working on finding the first 1b. a couple hours later they found the money but since im working i cant check my phone every 10 minutes i looked and 15 minutes ago they were pining me to come trade them. at this time i messaged back but they said they had already sold the 1b because i wasnt fast enough. I dont have time to play games with them and doing all these trades will get my account flagged. I just want the refund. either a lump sum in gp or in btc at .275 rate because i plan on buying gp back with it and i cant get those rates myself so id be getting less then 5120m back anyways.
How they scammed: Virt, the owner himself told me to open a dispute so we can solve it on here.

yes, upon managers waking up i told them to contact pethunter57 and we agreed 1b per day on monday, we got the 1b and as u guys know jagex is being very friendly these days and banning us in under a minute after aqcuiring gp.

mr pethunter here decided to deposit around 7b and after gp increased 30-40% he wanted it all back ( after we sold it at 0.27 because of high bans) so basically im losing on this bulk trade and he doesnt wanna agree to my terms ( which he already agreed on)

first he said he wanna refund it, then he said he will keep it, then he said he wanted refunded again, then he said he wanted btc, then he said he wanted gp.

so im not sure which is it that he wants?

so many people were involved in this trade, and we had a big risk of losing the 7b so we sold it at very cheap rate 0.27

he agreed 1b per day on monday til the 5B is paid.

then he said he wanted btc since the trade has to be done fast.

i told him ok 0.27 which is the trade we sold it at, now he want 0.275

so which one is it?
