When did you purchase this account? Were you presented with any Terms of Service when you purchased the account?

@NeTTuno Can you show us to what ToS your customer agreed to? Do you wanna share your side?

It was three-four years ago when I sold account, then my ToS was "We are not responsible for anything that happens to the account after the purchase" Thread title didn't have word about "LIFETIME SUPPORT"

 

Regarding the lifetime warranty: Unfortunately we do not have logs to check for thread titles at the time, so at the moment it's your word versus his.

This account was purchased off-site and there doesn't appear to have been any form of communication prior to that sale. No ToS was agreed upon, meaning a standard liability of 2 years apply.
As this sale occurred more than 2 years ago, @NeTTuno can not be held liable here.
