    Regarding the lifetime warranty: Unfortunately we do not have logs to check for thread titles at the time, so at the moment it's your word versus his.

    This account was purchased off-site and there doesn't appear to have been any form of communication prior to that sale. No ToS was agreed upon, meaning a standard liability of 2 years apply.
    As this sale occurred more than 2 years ago, @NeTTuno can not be held liable here.
