Hello,

I would like to start with the following:

- @Josh, ChellBell can open a report on her own. I highly suspect that you made this report "for the lulz" and while it's understandable that one seeks sensation, this is not the right place for it. Do not add fuel to the fire.
- Sythe Community Discord server is largely treated as Spam Forum.
- ChellBell can block said sythe user to not see his messages, if she desires.
- Having 'Simp 4 Chelsea' role in the Discord server Chelsea and Worthy run certainly incentives this creepy, simp behavior.
- Worthy having partly covered, what I assume were Chelsea's breasts, as his Discord profile banner in the past certainly didn't help too.
- @itank pepsi has rejoined the Sythe Community Discord server only once this year and he did so with the same Discord account, meaning that the intent wasn't to circumvent Chelsea's block.
- We do not punish sythe users for spamming other sythe users off-site and I see the parallel between the two, meaning that if a sythe user adds you on a different account(s) without any use of sythe.org, or sythe.org's owned Discord server, this is not something we are looking to adjudicate on sythe.org.

Here's what will happen:

- if @itank pepsi joins the Sythe Community Server on a different Discord account, using a different sythe profile (I have no knowledge of this taking place and I am not going to do the detective work here, as it is ultimately a big waste of sythe staff time) deliberately to avoid blocks and to continue targeting Chelsea, he will be punished accordingly.
- I will not ban @itank pepsi from the Sythe Community Discord server purely based on this report.

@itank pepsi if it is true that you stalk someone (in this case Chelsea, hopefully there are no other people), I kindly ask you to please reconsider participating in such activities. I also fully understand the desire to troll someone, but once again, please do not push it (at least when it comes to sythe members).
@ChellBell while there's no good excuse to stalk someone and to send him creepy messages, you might want to consider, or I should say Worthly and you might want to consider, not stimulating this behavior.
@Josh, if you or anyone else continue making reports of this nature, deliberately to seek a sensation, then a punishment will be given for wasting staff time.

Do not contact me privately to discuss this report. I am really not interested (and I think I can also speak for all staff members) in discussing this any further.

All of you involved, please seek sensation in a different, more productive way, or at least do not bring it outside of Spam Forum.
